Kurt spent hours on the phone with me trying to fix my computer. Unfortunately the motherboard went out. I appreciate all of his time and effort.

Even though it has been stressful on my end learning my new printer and program…. InkSonic has not let me down yet! This evening I got connected with Kurt! Fixed me all up and ready to run again. For those who complain about the InkSonic company, please make sure you download the WhatsApp and the TeamReview just like the instructions tell you to do! InkSonic even spent 4 hrs on the WhatsApp with me when we unboxed it to set it up.

Kurt, was awesome! I was having trouble with my white ink coming through and he resolved the problem very quickly. Great customer service and also helping me to solve another issue with my film and has already scheduled my next appointment! Thank you Kurt for all of your hard work!

Today I needed help with my printing parameter’s in my software and Kyle logged into my laptop and got it fixed for me. I needed it to print according to my 13 inch paper and he was patient and was able to get it fixed for me. I greatly appreciate Kyle for helping me

I was having issues but having a tech like Joan with great costumer service and lots and lots of patience made the difference!

I gave it a four star only because I shouldn't have these problems with this printer so early on and it's barely 6 months. But every time I reached out to customer service they always took their time and helped me. Today Fatima help me and she's working on resolving the second issue but the first issue she fixed

The tech that I was given today was by the name of Joan. She was amazing with assisting me with my needs and made sure to get them resolved before letting me go on about my day.

Amazing help and patience while setting up the printer and software

I did a online chat today and they scheduled tech support in 2 hours. Fatima did a great job assisting me with the installation of the RIP software. Also sent videos to help with installing the inks. And other things to know.

The Tech Fatima was patient, very knowledgeable and hung in there with me until we had that printer going and with ease
