It's a solid scam!! You pay thousands of dollars just to waste more money on parts. We have barely had the machine for 6 months, didn't get many prints out of it spent more time on with a tech and now needing more parts. Customer service starts to be okay than ghosts you. I would not recommend at all!!!

Jessica, herself was great, the software sucks though. Truthfully, I wouldn't have bought the printer if I knew I was limited to the software, it is very very basic and useless to professionals. Cad link is superior in every way, I wish I hadn't tried to save a few bucks, I deeply deeply regret this purchase!
They actually require their employees to get screenshots of customers reviews, forcing good reviews basically. I fell victim to it twice and gave good reviews because I felt intimidated. I actually believe this is illegal I did not just happen upon this review site, they sent me to it requesting a review and send them a screenshot back of it

Extremely difficult service. I returned all items unopened and had them all signed for and they have yet to issue a refund. If you are going to buy, DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE... They will take everything they can from you.
