This material is absolutely diabolical. How they are able to advertise something different than what they’re selling is beyond me.

One of the most stressful customer service experiences I've ever had. The frames I received were of very poor quality, yet despite providing multiple photographs showing the issues, the company repeatedly refused to accept a return. I could have bought better quality frames for less from a high street shop.
It took 34 emails over 8 weeks before I was finally able to obtain a refund. They refused to cover the return postage, leaving me significantly out of pocket. They also provided me with the wrong return address, forcing me to redirect the parcel and remain in constant contact with the courier to ensure it reached the correct destination.
Even after the parcel was successfully delivered to the updated address they had provided, they denied receiving it and claimed that the issue was my responsibility because I had arranged the return myself—despite the fact that they had refused to arrange the return in the first place.
It was only after I informed them that I would be pursuing legal action that they suddenly "located" the parcel and agreed to issue a refund.
The entire experience was unnecessarily difficult, time-consuming, and incredibly frustrating. Their customer service was dismissive throughout, and they repeatedly insisted the obvious defects were within their supposed manufacturing standards which I find incredibly unethical.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to look elsewhere. You'll save yourself both money and a great deal of unnecessary stress.

I ordered two t-shirts with a view to using Inkthreadable as part of my business. Unfortunately the printing reminded me of the sort of effect you would achieve by printing onto iron on transfer paper using your printer at home. The orange text on one tshirt had a yellow outline, which was not part of the original design Certainly not what I was expecting, and I certainly wouldn't wear or pay for an item that looked like this. Customer service claims the prints were of good quality and that I chose the wrong printing type. I just can't imagine anyone being happy with printing that looks like this!

Polo shirts arrived on time and looking really good.

I'd ordered from another supplier and had been disappointed, then I ordered from Inktheadable and found them faster and friendlier. But even more than that, I'd ordered the wrong size and while they didn't promise anything, when asked they were able to make AND dispatch in just 1 day, and arrived the day after, meaning my friend could have their gift ahead of their flight on the Monday which otherwise would have been missed. This was then supplemented with ANOTHER 1 day turn around for a couple of t-shirts. I'll definitely be back. Amy from the customer service team was able to explain answers to my questions and be very helpful, unlike some other companies who just felt like they wanted to get rid of you.

The service was fast and helpful. The T-shirts I got printed are good quality. Amy was very helpful!

I started with all the others !
Printify Printful and even Vistaprint.
I sent off and paid for sample products to see the quality before I offer for sale.
I was not impressed with most of these sites being middlemen.
As a result of either poor quality or deliveries being way late.

The system for creating my artwork on to t shirt designs is absolutely floorless
325mm x 500mm is a really decent print area to work with.
Saving my designs for export couldn’t be easier.
And the selection of high quality products to offer is perfect for me. Offering a niche designer product.
I only use DTG because it’s more breathable and the results I get back from Inkthredable are absolutely first class.
The colours are vibrant and true to my uploads.
I hope that they continue to exceed my expectations.
And without any hesitation would I recommend their services.

I have a business with a sideline in merch. We are a female owned business and our values are very important to us. Amy (co-founder and -owner) listened to what we wanted, recommended a supplier that is in line with our values (sustainable, eco-friendly, organic, traceable and no slavery in the chain). I uploaded my logo, it wasn't in the right format so I uploaded an original file in SVG format - Amy took the SVG and made an appropriate PNG file from it, which I was able to apply to all my designs.
The products are exactly what we want, the designs look great, everything has been delivered on time.
What's even better is that I can link to Inkthreadable from my online store. I don't have to maintain my own inventory, Inkthreadable fulfill all my orders for clothing and I have had no reports of issues from customers. It's an ideal partnership. Can't recommend highly enough

I placed an order with Inkthreadable worth around €317. The order was shipped on 15 June, but almost two months later I still have not received 11 missing shirts.

I have paid for the products and I have also paid customs charges, but I still do not have the shirts. The issue with the courier has been ongoing for weeks, yet Inkthreadable has not provided a real solution. I was told the case would be reviewed and that I would receive an update within a week, but another 14 days passed with no meaningful update, no shipment, no resolution and no clear ownership from their side.

I understand that courier issues can happen, but my order is with Inkthreadable, not with the courier. After almost two months, it is not acceptable to keep the customer waiting indefinitely with no proper support, especially for an order of this value.

At this point, I am not asking for excuses or more delays. I want the shirts I paid for to be shipped to me immediately. The lack of transparency, urgency and customer support has been completely unacceptable.

I will update this review if Inkthreadable finally resolves the issue, but right now my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered 19 t-shirts. For 1 of them I received the wrong design. Another was printed messily, with some text faded.

After emailing, Amy was able to reprint my design and get it shipped in time for my event. Once photos of the mistakes were sent Amy was really helpful and friendly in rectifying the mistake.

Overall I'm happy with the service, although there was some faff and disappointment initially.

Big thanks to Amy and team in swiftly fixing the mistakes.

Placed our first order for some samples of a range of band merch. A bit apprehensive as one is never quite sure what is going to arrive in the post… we were delighted to receive quality products, tangibly better than other companies we have tested. Second order is on its way! 👍 💯

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

I recently signed our business up to take part in an industry 5km run/event and had only 7 days to get 5 team running tops made. I struggled to find anything affordable that I trusted would arrive on time, so I reached out to Inkthreadable in a bit of a panic.

Amy was amazing. She was so responsive to my emails, kept me updated throughout the process, and the team worked quickly to get the tops printed and posted as soon as possible. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon at around 1pm, was told they were in the post by Tuesday afternoon, and they arrived with me by Wednesday afternoon.

The quality of the tops is fantastic. I was originally a little nervous because they needed to be suitable sports material for the run, but the option Inkthreadable had was perfect.

A huge thank you to Amy and the team for making it happen so quickly. I’ll definitely be using Inkthreadable again for any clothing products we need for future events.

Keep having orders not printed correctly and today have just received an order with someone else's design on it.

I hope this will improve and not end up like Christmas last year where every order had at least a wrong item in it. Customer Service is always great but production at Inkthreadable keeps letting it down.

During an email conversation, Amy took it upon herself to help me get the design results I had not been able to attain myself. She didn't need to; it was my issue, not hers, but she went above and beyond to help me. Sometimes it is just so wonderful to feel that there is still a human customer interface that wants to help. It felt like the old days, when you could phone your bank and a real person would actually help you. It has made me very happy. Thank you

I hate leaving bad reviews, but Inkthreadable has been extremely disappointing and unreliable.

I ordered a single shirt, and it simply never arrived. It was supposed to be a birthday gift that I ordered well in advance to make the occasion special, and this completely ruined my plans.

I contacted customer service twice. They respond quickly, but unfortunately that doesn’t mean they’re actually solving the problem. Each time, I was told they would speak to production and check on the order, but nothing changed.

What frustrates me most is that I specifically asked if the order would arrive by the date I needed it. I wish they had just been honest. If they had told me it wouldn’t arrive, I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. I trusted their reassurance, and now I’ve been left scrambling to find a last-minute generic birthday gift.

I genuinely don’t know what is going on with Inkthreadable, but I’ve seen many reviews here with similar experiences. They seriously need to invest more into their production process because something is clearly not working.

I was originally considering using them for my brand, but after this experience I definitely won’t be using them ever again. Also, since I never even received the shirt, I can’t comment on the quality, although at this point, I’ll be surprised if it arrives at all.

Have used inkthreadable a few times now and the quality and service are incredible, Em is super helpful at answering queries quickly and efficiently!

So I have just started by business, have never had my logo Embroidered so I submitted my request which was too complex. I received correspondence from Em at Inkthreadable. Several emails later my Logo was altered and I now have an Embroidered Logo. Em was incredibly patient, I am so grateful for the assistance. I cannot speak highly enough. This interaction has confirmed that I need to use these guys for POD. Great Work Em 👏
