Ich wollte meine noch nicht abgeholte Bestellung stornieren. Ich habe 8 Tage lang mehrere Emails und SMS geschrieben bis ich eine Rückmeldung bekam. Von Lagerkosten bis Bankgebühren wurden mehrere Gebühren herbei fantasiert damit ich auf keinen Fall meinen gesamten Betrag zurück bekomme.
Der Service des Teams war hervorragend. Von der ersten Beratung bis zur endgültigen Installation wurde alles professionell gehandhabt. Das Team war immer pünktlich, höflich und äußerst kompetent.
