I’m waiting for 2 withdrawals $300 and $500 two days already no solution I’m start believing I just got scam or they not gonna pay let’s see and I Chang my starts

Ive been playing on Immerion Casino for about 5 days now. They gave me a $1000 to start with. Ive gone up to $214000 in no time and thats already bringing up red flags.
They require me to make a deposit of $150 before i can withdraw.

I stay 8n South Africa and the rand 5o dollar exchange is R17 so its a lot of money by us.
After Reading all the reviews it makes my decision to just walk away and forget the winnings so mutch easier

I sent the documents, I need to withdraw some money, they refused me the first time, they say the documents are not clear but they are very clear, I sent them again and they don't answer me, agents say stupid things, I want money from my account but I see they are making fun of me,

Blatant scam site. The games are rigged so that you win but in order to make any withdrawals you have to pay them $100 which is obviously a scam. Do not waste your time or money on this site as you will definitely lose your money.

I hit a big one on a slot and tried to withdraw $21,000 and they ask me for kyc. The only reason I was playing there is because they claim to be a no kyc casino. In fact, on their front page it states, "no kyc even on large withdraws." I dealt with this for 2 weeks repetitively trying to withdraw and get paid. They never paid and have never made it right. The only thing they can say is, "their terms and conditions allow them to kyc players at anytime." That's fine. But don't sit their and say you're an anonymous casino if that's the case. I never would have played there had they been up front about it. It's deceptive and false advertising. I have screenshots of everything showing what I am saying is true. They were just looking for a reason not to pay. Take a look at every review for not paying on large withdraws they have on here, it's a pattern. Take that into consideration before depositing. After doing some due diligence I have found out this casino is a mess. They have gone through 3 managers in charge in the past couple of months. I would advise NOT playing here...I recommend MBit Casino. I had the same thing happen there except they paid me no questions asked, no KYC, no excuses. No they are not paying me to say that it's the truth. There's too many places like this that try anything to get out of paying you, they should lose business because of it and legit Casino's should be recognized for what they do also.

This website will not allow withdrawals. Support will lie, tell you 24 hours, then 2 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then will suddenly you will see "Your previous bets are being reviewed by game or sport provider to ensure the fair play. You can withdraw again once review is completed" and be told 14 days or "sometimes longer." It's a scam.

Ok so let’s start with the positives, easy to deposit also easy withdrawals and at the time very VPN friendly…. Don’t let that fool you honestly. Originally NO KYC BUT….
Ok time for the negatives, i won close to $50k on some live casino games. Was legit on cloud 9 like omg insane…. Now comes the fun story, so i put in a request for a withdrawal on BTC simple I’ve gotten money out before seems easy. Legit I’ve gotten $3500 cashed out from them no problem. Boom a day later they ask for KYC verification…. I’m like FML… so i did what they said. They deemed my account no able to withdrawal the funds but…. They gave me a 1 time withdrawal of all my deposits I did no matter what. Which was unreal to think about because I had a screenshot of their customer service agreeing and saying yes VPN friendly blah blah.
So honestly i was surprised they even did that for me but it sucks cause that was life changing in general.
But you live and you learn i guess

Really bad customer Service , i asked customer support via the chat to close my account due to a gambling problem, and they told me to sent an e-mail. I did sent an email to support although they didn't close my accounts which resulted in me playing again. When I contacted support they told me they didn't received my email. Although I had proof that it was sent. So due to their mistake they should give me a refund of the money I deposited after the first closure request.

Well, you then get completely ignored , no responses via the e-mail, the chat telles me to wait paitiantly while I don't even know if the " correct department" is actually doing something with my request.

This also takes now about a week!

Immerion is a scam site, I made a withdrawal of 85$ and they didn't pay it, I have complained to their team but no response

Started off quite well with this site, good bonuses and no problems with withdrawals as I made many withdrawals before i had my problem. So I hit a max win on a hacksaw ( rise of Ymir) on $0.20 the win being $3000 (15,000 x). I was hoping to withdraw about 75% of the win atleast 2500 dollars. When I tried to withdraw that amount it told me my daily withdrawal limit was 1000 so I withdrew that much and waiting for 12:00 to withdraw another 1000 when it then told me my weekly withdrawal allowance was 2000 so I withdrew about 940 as I had made a 60 dollar withdrawal previously in the week before I hit this max win. The 940 dollar withdrawal was processing for about a day, longer than I have had before as I said earlier I had made many withdrawals from this site without many problems. The site then reversed that withdrawal and had frozen my ability to withdraw. When contacting support they told me they needed to check with the provider for fair play and I wouldn’t be able to withdraw until this process is complete and would take 14 days maybe more. I don’t understand this as I hit a max win on a hacksaw fair and square I even have access to the replay on my account via hacksaws replay site. Surely if they were checking fair play on the win they would not have allowed me to successfully withdraw the 1000 dollars that I was able to withdraw before they froze my withdrawal ability. I hade reached out via email to support in which I have got no reply it has been about 9 days. Safe to say the remainder of my balance depleted extremely quickly with very little big hits, I play low stakes slots not a big staker. I will no longer be depositing and playing on this site as they have no problem letting you deposit and lose or withdraw relatively small amounts but as soon as you hit a big win they do everything to try to stop you withdrawing. They have lost a good customer in me as I was very active on the site for a few months before this big ordeal. If you cant enjoy getting a max win on a hacksaw on $0.20 then there really is no hope for us.

When i start they told me I must wager my initial deposit 3 time to make withdraw so I did

IMR it's a kind of trick you can see in your balance but after you try withdraw it fly n all become zero
