While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do not give them your information

I found out my credit card used them for a feedback survey, I have had terrible privacy issues so I opted out of all surveys from my cards and asked Inmoment to REMOVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND STOP SELLING IT,as they do to 3rd parties! So far it has been like pulling teeth, email after email that they are "working on it"...or will have more information at another time"
They are info brokers, they retain ALL of your info and sell it to all companies who want it and when you read it all, they admit it.
AVOID THEM ENTIRELY, see who is really offering or providing these surveys or just stop taking all bogus surveys, or in my case, valid ones thru unscrupulous companies. DO NOT LET THEM SINK THEIR TEETH IN.

Dishonest - You will not get compensated for your survey

Similar to the others on here, I invested time to fill out a survey. I thought it was so thoughtful of them to honor a business owner's time and offer a gift card. Total lie. I was supposedly disqualified (only AFTER I gave them all my feedback), and a bogus email was provided. I emailed it and the email kicked back. This is a scam.

I received a post card via United…

I received a post card via United States Postal Service. It was from InMoment stating that they are conducting a study on behalf of roofing product manufacturers. If I completed their 35 minute survey, they in turn would send me either a $50 Amazon or Visa Gift Card within 24 hours. It's been 5 days and I have received nothing. They referred me to the email and website. My emails have been returned not deliverable and the website for InMoment. What a bogus and waste of time. They have your information which they'll sell and paid you, me and everyone else NOTHING for it.

SCAM Surveys - 30+ mins of your time = $0

SCAM! I just wasted 30+ minutes on a survey offered by this company through InstaGC. I was supposed to be 10 mins and was very tedious. When I completed it - it said "Thank you for completing the survey" and then immediately transferred to a disqualification page.

They stole my time, experience and knowledge. CORRUPT COMPANY!

Still have yet to get this issue resolved...for months now.

Now i've been participating regularly on the In-Moment Weekly Drink Diary Challenge with the code enlisted "ORD-637049-L7X0". And i've been constantly completing this challenge since my first month of completion on June 11th to my current that just passed on August 11th, then it stated that within a weeks time, i should receive my 35$ incentive on my panels currency, but i've checked multiple times, and nothing has shown up yet.

I think i got the original invite on the Univox survey site and it was stated that i should've received the incentives on there.
But i never signed up on the In-Moment survey site itself because it was never required.

Now i'm technically owed over 105$ CAD.
