Wouldn’t order again.
I ordered a pendant, earrings and a wall decoration. Delivery was very slow. The metal wall decoration was nice, the allegedly glass pendant felt like plastic but was no good anyway because the string of beads was completely broken. As for the earrings, I can’t comment on quality as they were missing. On the plus side, they reacted quickly to my complaint and I received a refund.

Regarding the earrings, our provider shared a video confirming that they were included in the package. We did not want to argue with you, and it’s possible they were inside but went unnoticed. In any case, we proceeded with the refund, as our mission is to create InnerFlame.Shop as a space of practice, trust, and joy.
