Do not buy from Canada. The duties will negate any savings from sales and then some. Product is just okay and doesn’t justify the price plus tax shipping and duties.
The marketing is shifty and I wish I used my gut and didn’t complete the order. You have to click
Past like 5 or 6 upselling screens and “no thanks” is at the very bottom in small font on all of them.
There is several special sales and offers emailed or texted to you but none of them will actually work because it’s very specific circumstances.
Overall very terrible company. I reviewed on their website but you can tell only 5* bot reviews get left up.

Purchased the Trim Biome GLP-1 and the Inno Shred GLP-1. Wasted my money. It caused so much pain and my stomach to ache and cramp up, I only took one of each, just because it was my first time taking them. I almost missed the Brandon Lake concert due to it. Won’t be taking again and will not be recommending.

The customer service team were really great and helpful about canceling my order and giving me a refund. The product is awesome. I just wasn’t able to pay my monthly subscription for this month. They responded back quickly through my emails and they were able to cancel my order and give me a refund within 2 hours. I will give the customer service team, a 5 out of 5 stars because there were really helpful about it. So if you have any questions or concerns, they will reach out to you as soon as possible and help you out.

BEWARE: Their "special offers" post checkout will be charged to your credit card fraudulently on Shop app without ever making it to the final shopping cart checkout. They stole 700$+ dollars from me, said items were shipped but tracking has shown Undelivered for a month now. They use a useless and scammy shipping company named Ontrac what has no phone number and will not respond to online communication requests and emails. Inno Supps refuses to refund and says it's because their shipping company doesn't show tracking that says 'Returned to Sender." Tracking has shown pending since 10/22 and it is now 11/18. Inno Supps also has no phone number and customer service refuses to help. They are even fighting a credit card chargeback as if their fraudulent order was delivered. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars on things like this and very web savvy. Inno Supps is the most trouble and scammy seller I have ever dealt with as I am in total disbelief they will not refund my money. Here is the Ontrac tracking,l #, see for yourself: 1LSD8LP000FJNRF.

I had the pleasure of talking to 4 sales reps throughout my transaction. First Alvin assisted by answering and offering to sit with me while I placed my order to ensure I took advantage of the buy now pay later option. I guess his shift over then Jannie took over and provided the link for me to use. When I tried the link, it didn't work, so I started a chat where Rhoda took over. Unfortunately due no fault of theirs, I was not eligible for that option because I live in Canada. I placed by order anyway, and was charged 2x. I sent an email over and Rhoda corrected the mistake right away. I loved how each one took over and continued to solve my issue. These days you get passed over and each one doesn't not know what's going on, going around and round in circles until someone gets fed up and hostility kicks in. Lastly Val contacted me to to express her content with all the communication. They took the time and showed concern, thats very rare in this time. Thanks everyone. This is what customer service is all about.

Cindy was very helpful in recovering a Purchase I made months ago. I forgot to email them about it and suddenly remembered I had placed an ordered but never received it. As someone who’s ordered from InnoSupps twice before, I wanted to share an honest review of my most recent experience — and a quick heads-up for UK buyers.
**Import Tax Warning (for UK customers):**
If you’re ordering from the UK, be prepared for a hefty import tax. I was hit with an unexpected £120 charge once the package reached the UK. This isn’t InnoSupps’ fault, but definitely something worth knowing before you order.
**Ordering Experience:**
I was interested in trying the *Male Magnum Stack* and initially planned to buy a 3-month supply. During checkout, several last-minute “special offers” popped up — things like *“get 6 months for the price of 3”*. The problem is, the site doesn’t clearly show the new total before finalizing the purchase. In the UK, you’d expect to see the updated amount before confirming payment. To my surprise, clicking the offer immediately processed a $449 order instead of the $130 I expected. My heart sank. Misleading might be too strong a word, but it certainly wasn’t transparent.
**Delivery & Customer Service:**
When my order arrived, I noticed several items were missing, and the flavour options I selected were wrong. I contacted customer service straight away — they were polite, quick to respond, and sent replacements for the missing products. Unfortunately, I later realized that a few more items had been left out, which I didn’t catch in time to report.
**Product Quality:**
I’ve used InnoSupps before and particularly liked the *Night Shred* — previous batches genuinely helped me sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. This new batch, however, just doesn’t have the same effect. After four months of consistent use, I haven’t experienced the same benefits across the products, which was disappointing.
**Overall:**
While the delivery speed and customer service were solid, the checkout process felt misleading, part of my order was incomplete, and the product effectiveness seems inconsistent. For that reason, I’m giving InnoSupps **2 out of 5 stars**.
Hopefully, others will have better luck — supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all, but in my case, this experience fell short.

I got sucked in by the Magnum Stack. The claims will get any man's attention. I got the bundle so I wouldn't have to wait for a shipment every month. I was definitely feeling a little better after the first order, but the subsequent orders have not shown any benefit at all, so I will not be ordering more. As for the subscriptions, it's about as clear as you can get. You have to manually click to subscribe. So anyone who feels deceived clearly was not paying any attention. I'm giving 3 stars rather than 1 due to although the product is currently doing nothing for me, I did at one point feel better, and I know that supplements are not a miracle drug.

I order the product on 10/20 with a notice informing me the expected delivery date was 10/24. Everyday I emailed Inno Supps with non-delivery issues. I emailed the courier service as well. Inno Supps would provide me with the current date of expected delivery which changed daily. As of 11/1 I received an email from the courier stating they are unable to confirm control of your package at this time and apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your seller for further assistance. I contacted Inno Supps and asked for a refund which they did minus shipping. I should not pay for shipping for a product I did not receive. I should not have to contact the carrier...Inno Supp had many opportunities to connect with the carrier removing me from the leg work. Terrible customer service and financially penalizing me for shipping cost which makes no sense.

Margie was a great help in resolving my issue with a recurrent subscription. I had plenty of supply of product I am pleased with. I just needed to pause my subscription for the time being. Responses were quick and effective. It encourages me to return as a customer.

The customer service is incredible and actually work with you to clear up problems, UPS being incompetent and not even attempting to look for the right address they declined the delivery and wouldnt allow me to give them an easier location without paying their subscription, but one email to innosupps and they had everything fixed and changed over in a fast and timely manner.
