But Now she explained she cannot speak a lot English but she will try to help me and so she did. I was able to fix my situation. Her actitud and willing to help was crucial and really helpful I really apprecieerde I truly appreciate. it's not the knowledge, but the willingness to help.

I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware. I recently renewed my energy contract after receiving a call from one of their sales representatives. Before renewing, I clearly explained that I might move soon and asked whether there would be any issue or extra costs, or if the contract could be transferred to my flatmate. I was told everything would be fine and that I could simply change the bank account details.
Only after the renewal did I find out there is an additional fee if I move — a fee that was never mentioned during the call. Had this been communicated clearly, I would have chosen a shorter contract.
I contacted customer service, and although they confirmed that my complaint was sent to the relevant department, I haven’t received a resolution yet. I’m hoping they will handle this fairly, but the lack of transparency during the renewal process has been very disappointing.
I’m posting this to encourage the company to improve communication and to help others be aware of all potential fees before renewing a contract.
