I am a first time author who trusted Innovative Ghostwriters to edit my manuscript and get it into print. A full refund satisfaction guarantee was part of the package. As promised, they got the book in print. A big part of their promotion package included social media which proved to be abysmal. They also strongly suggested I agree to an audio version. The narrator they paired me with and passed off as a professional, had about a third-grade reading level. His effort was terrible. When I told Innovative Ghostwriters the product wasn't satisfactory, they stopped working with me, effectively stringing me along with promises that it would take time to market the book, but then made no effort to do so. Ultimately they cut me off. Neither did they honor their money back guarantee. I feel frauded and lied to. Don't trust Innovative Ghostwriters to service your project!!

Michael Owen was the Project Manager who took over my project. It was completed with outstanding results within a month. The Skunk With A Powerful Scent is a wonderful kid's book. What Michael brought to the table was candid information and advice. Also, he is very responsive and an excellent listener. All of these things combined is the reason the project was completed in such a short time (once he took over the project). I can't say enough about how well we worked together.

Overall my experience was good. Irene and Michael helped me to publish the book. Both were responsive to questions. I would have rated them higher but for their tendency to assume I understood terms that they were familiar with and that I was not. Plus I did not get an overview of the process which made understanding what to do more difficult.
