Fast delivery, globe bulbs are nice and pairing with Hue system was easy.
One of the four globe bulbs works different... When I pull the operating point in the Hue App to "warm light" I get "cold light" and vice versa. The other three bulbs work correctly. "Warm light" selection in the App is warm light. Problem for me: all four bulbs are in one lamp and I would like to contol the light temperaturen them together, Not possible with one inverse bulb...

I had some detailed technical questions and they went above and beyond to get me the answers i needed. Proper human responses in a timely manner. Products are easy to integrate and reasonably priced. They have stolen a dedicated Hue customer who was fed up of paying so much for so little.

- Delivery took longer than expected
- One bulb arrived broken
- The Zigbee Hub seems to be malfunctioning (from the begining, after delivery)
- I need like 20 tries to connect a single bulb.
- I spent about 8h connecting 7/12 Bulbs.
- I was not able to connect the remaining Bulbs yet
- All of these are Innr products.
- I tried to connect a thirdreality motion sensor, which obviously also did not work.
- I didn't even bother trying any more third party Zigbee products
- No responses from the customer service to any of my mails
This is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer and the worst experience with a brand I had in a long time.
I do not understand how this brand can have any good ratings....
I am very disappointed.

I have several Innr lights, including there GU10's and IP67 LED strip. Awesome products, love how easily they integrate with Hue. I had to access after sales customer service due to a fault, and customer service was top notch.

I recently purchased outdoor lamps from Innr and have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer service. The lamps are of high quality and integrated seamlessly with my Philips Hue system. When I encountered an issue with the control unit, the customer service team, especially Florian, responded promptly and arranged a replacement immediately.
The new control unit works perfectly, and I am now enjoying my smart lighting setup. The entire experience, from the purchase to the support I received, has been nothing short of exceptional.

Says on their website, if order is placed before 15pm, shipment is next day. Now, 24h later, no info given at all, order is being processed it says. Not as promoted!

Would not recommended if you use Philips Hue.
The bulbs don't work well with Philips Hue bridge (the Sync function does not work) and the INNR buttons don't show up in the Hue app at all (it says so in the manual, but nowhere else).
INNR is quite useless if you are using the Hue hub and app.
Probably works great if you use the INNR hub.

I purchased some items from Amazon, and one of the items became faulty after a couple of years. But their customer service team are friendly and efficient, so helped me out in no time at all.

Terrible customer service.
Send them an email on Saturday and on Wednesday a reminder, still no reply to my request to replace a faulty device.
Edit: as the reply suggests from innr; I got after my review almost directly a reply back. It’s a pity a 1 star review was needed to trigger this action (got a reply back on the Friday after my mail was send) as the solution provided was outstanding!
