Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Product delivered quickly.
I then ordered a mam adapter and they were good enough to email me and let me know i should have had one with my original order. They issued a refund swiftly once i had located this. Quality service and communication

Love this product!!
Love this product!!! After some issues with my original one , which was sorted out promptly and professionally . I can say I’m over the moon it does exactly what it’s meant to do especially travelling on a plane, takes all the stress away .

Brilliant product and service
Love the INOBY bottle warmer! So easy to use and get milk up to perfect temperature. Also love how compact it is so that I can easily take it out with me. So much easier and safer than using hot water.
Customer service is also excellent as I accidently put a part in the steriliser and they replaced it with no extra charge. I was able to contact the team straight away on the online live chat and got a response instantly.

Such a handy piece of equipment. Can heat up bottle to body temperature in minutes and keep it there for required time

My little one was not keen on cold milk at all. It was quick and easy to set up and easy to use. Milk was a safe temperature with in a few minutes. It been a life saver being in hospital for a week.
