No more stomach issues with nitrates in a can
Been using beetroot as nitrate boost for several years with great fysical effect. At the same time Ive had serious stomach issues. Changed to INO for about a year ago and Im impressed with the result. No more bad stomach and even better VO2max than with beetroot.
