Very comfortable item. When item arrived padding was creased and took a lot of pulling and pushing to get it right. Other than that perfect

The bras are beautiful soft and extremely comfortable. I haven't washed them yet; as I have only recently received them.
Delivery of the goods was a bit dubious; as it took along time to arrive. Worth the wait.

Took ages to arrive, very fiddly to use and did not wor, will use regular belt not this

UK customer. The items ordered did not fit comfortably as they were too small, however, they do not accept exchange or returns as “it is not feasible” just offered £5 in “compensation” for items totalling £23.90. The items (2 bras) looked fine and the quality seemed ok - but no use if they don’t fit ( and yes I did look at the sizing guide before ordering) won’t be ordering from them in the future.

Delivery took over a week.
Cup inserts were badly creased, giving dimpled irregular appearance under clothes, so had to be removed to get smooth outline.

They are an excellent fit and I am very important

Was advise item was delivered but I have never received my items contacted company they advised courier delivered but still not received

Excellent communication and updates on product Tracking .
Product arrived in 18 days from.date of order .
Only downfall is the size of the charging port to socket is small size , not our standard size here in Ireland .
Which now requires me to buy a charging port to accommodate charging of my phone which is 28e .

Thats my only issue but perhaps the Spexs was in the fine print and I didn't see . So havnt used charging sysyme as yet .

The description and fit were perfect and very comfy to wear. Unfortunately the inserts had very big creases on arrival and these showed up on wearing the bra. I thought my body heat would have sorted it out but has not done so. The bra without the inserts loses a lot of it's shape

Took far too long, and all instructions/wording are in Chinese characters, haven't a clue , as to quantity/method , etc

Kept in touch regarding my parcel

I received my order but they were too small I asked if I could return them for a bigger size, and all they offered was £6 compensation even tho the bras were £11.99 each not including postage, I got a further reply saying if I was to return them the postage would be expensive.What way is that to run a company????

I ordered some sandals which looked really comfy and had great reviews, waited and waited, complained, asked for refund, after about 3 months I received a parcel, hooray, only to find a pair of plastic sliders 2 sizes too big. Was told I would have to pay return postage to China. Do not order from this company 👎🤬

The bras are really comfortable I don't know I've got it on. They really are supportive and reduce bounce.the material is super soft.I like the design very much.

c charger pin on stand to long which means phone is supported by your phones charging pin and wobbles at the slightest movement and weakens/damages phone charging point.also my bank was overcharged as my recipe was for £16.53 and my bank was charged a few pence short of £21

The product has very wide straps and a very long to k back strap with several hooks. It is difficult to fasten and the padded cup pads are not straight but wrinkled so it does not sit right when on as this shows through t shirts etc.
I am disappointed but no idea how to return as no delivery note etc. delivery was also not communicated satisfactorily. I had to chase this item twice. I would not recommend this at all.
