No service delivered, no refund received, and security incident
I had a very negative experience with Inoryum and its representative Salehin Khan.
I paid $300 for a service that was never delivered. The agreement was based on an offer that included technical support and optimization of my hosting setup, including a promise to reduce my DigitalOcean costs.
However, after payment, I realized that this offer was misleading. Instead of optimizing my existing setup, I was advised to migrate to a different and, in my view, inferior hosting provider, Contabo, which I did not agree to use. As a result, the service was not provided as originally described.
The company agreed on March 12, 2025, to issue the refund within 90 days, but despite repeated assurances, I have not received the full refund as of today (April 14, 2026).
In addition to the financial issue, I am currently experiencing a serious incident: my website has been compromised, all posts have been deleted, and replaced with unrelated content. At the time of the incident, the developer had administrative and technical access to the server and related infrastructure as part of the engagement. The cause of the issue has not been determined, and it remains unresolved.
Communication has been inconsistent, deadlines have not been respected, and the situation remains unresolved despite many months of follow-up.
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.
