A lovely refreshing drink

Recently bought the Matcha and the Maca and Caramel blend. The Matcha is very nice, but the Maca and Caramel is gorgeous. So refreshing and flavourful without any sweetness. I have used both with just water, with a little milk and as a latte. All work equally well. My next experiment is to try the Matcha with flavours from my cupboard. Although the price seems quite high for a small pouch, it works out at well less than £1 per serving as you use so little.

Absolutely love the Pure Collagen and Matcha

Absolutely love Inoumi Pure Collagen and also love the Matcha-Maca and Caramel blend (which tastes amazing). It is so nice to find products that are 100% natural ie no fillers etc. Love that I can combine them together. I’ve tried several collagen supplements but this is by far the best it is definitely the one for me.

Exceptional quality Match and Mushroom Blend

I have recently tried Inoumi Matcha and Mushroom blend with cacao and ashwagandha. Both are absolutely incredible products, taste superb and I love the packaging being in sachet makes it easy for travel of busy office days, just put in the bag and off you go. The products are exceptional quality.

Cannot cancel or pause subscription

Cannot cancel or pause subscription, even after meeting the two months/two order minimum.
It should be easy to control my subscription and there are no options. Please help.

Since my review, I followed up with the INOUMI team on the email address provided in the comment, and I have had excellent customer service. I explained what had happened and they could see where there was a misunderstanding and Vicky (Brand Manager) personally stopped my subscription. They have also taken the feedback onboard to review their customer journey, which I appreciate as I wouldn't want others to fall into the same spot of bother.]

Finally found a real winner here, pure grade matcha without any additives. Love that the packaging is compostable. Great range of products all under one roof, everything my partner and i need. Thank you Inoumi 😀

The mushroom blend with raw cacao and ashwaghanda is absolutely STUNNING!

value without compromise…

I've tried a number of both mushroom and collagen blends, what I love about Inoumi is that they deliver value without compromise on ingredients or flavour. The blends taste great and the accessories are premium cute.
