The Inov-8 F-Lites are hands down the best shoes I’ve used for CrossFit since the Nano 4. They’re also excellent for Hyrox training. Compared to my previous pair, the Inov-8 G300, these feel significantly more agile and responsive. Despite their lightweight design, they handle heavy lifting with ease, offering solid stability and support. Overall, these shoes strike the perfect balance between versatility and performance, making them ideal for most CrossFit workouts and functional fitness routines. I would not hesitate to recommend.
