I’ve been umming and ahhing about these for years and kept sticking with other brands. Wow — I’m kicking myself for not getting these sooner! The wide fit is absolutely spot on. They feel really secure on my feet with no excessive movement when running or jogging. I mainly run on trails and off-road, and the grip on these is excellent — they feel really confident on different surfaces. Great shape, colour and design, and most importantly, a really comfortable and secure fit. Really impressed with them so far. I should have bought these years ago!

After only had the trailfly V2 -2 weeks. I took them out for a hilly day out up to Edale Cross and around Brown Knoll ,I was very impressed with the durability and the comfort was amazing.

I would give the Trail Fly V2 a 5 if it wasn’t for the heel cup. Love the wide toe box, but be aware the heel cup is about 8-10mm lower in height , from insole to top of heel cup, than any other brand I have run in before, ASICS, Hoka, Salomon. In my view this makes the fit of the shoe more prone to heel lift. Don’t really understand why Innov8 design the shoe this way? I just get the shoe to work for me with a heel lock lace method, but wish it had a better heel fit.

I really miss all the shoes produced before the rebranding (much better fit & better quality). Here again, like the others, a shoe in wich I can't manage a proper heel lock and for a wide shoe, they are too tight for me mid foot. Such a shame.

Foam is too soft making these extremely unstable. Ankle buster on technical trails. the heel cup is so deep that when you go up steep hills it actually restricts your ankle mobility. Because i can no longer return these because of inovs return policy I will never buy another shoe directly from them.

Inov8 are outstanding trail running shoes. I have used these for years and currently have 4 pairs, all for different purposes & all awsome. They give a lot of confidence, are fast, light and agile.

The size is true to length however the fit over the top of the foot is too tight. The hard plastic reinforcement just below the laces is inflexible and painful to wear.

We're sorry to hear your new TrailFly V2's are not a good fit. We do have some fantastic feedback for the fit and feel of this product so its disappointing to know you have not had the same experience.
We do offer the TrailFly V2 in a wider option, to confirm the additional width is featured in the toe box, the midfoot and heel remains close fitting to keep the foot locked in place. Currently we only have the blue colourway available in your size, however we are due to receive the black colourway later in the year.

Im writing this review because the shoes I really like cannot get anymore. The trailfly ultra G 300 max are my shoes of choice. I have to go to amazon and find leftovers. Wish you guys would keep these shoes in your lineup. Love your company regardless. Thanks Inov-8.

I can no longer wear this shoe as I used to order wide fit but for some reason, the wide fit no longer fits the same for me

I am very happy upon running in these for about three weeks now. I was hesitant at first because I had to switch the style of INOV due to my favorite being discontinued. However I'm sticking with this brand, still feels great, and gets the job done:)

They're fine, but they're also brand-new. Ask me what I think a year from now, I hope to be very satisfied.. But note: I have two pairs of Inov8 shoes - despite what they advertise, they're not true-to-size, I find they're made small - size up according to their own size-guide on their website.
