VR training is the digital training to the shop floor team and hands on experience to the doers. Trainees enter a 360°, active learning environment, experiencing sights and sounds that dissolve the barrier between virtual and actual reality.
Using the headset and controllers, trainees look, speak, and move about freely in a 3D virtual setting, interacting with simulated real-world tools, machinery, and other trainees and instructors. It is very useful for fresher and experience candidate to under the requirement of aseptic practices in the pharma industry.

The technological benefits over routine training gives added advantage of hands on experience. VR module made trainers as well as trainees life easier. Easy to follow format with current content. I am very impressed, also the modules are greatly accepted by younger and newly recruited workforce, they appreciate VR training experience and outcomes over the boring mundane regular classroom/ on- the job trainings.
