I have not received my order it’s been over two months have emailed them several times with no reply I can’t find a phone number for them spent $200 and not receive nothing I’ve tried tracking them I have my order number shows up nothing can someone please help me My name Angela if anyone has their phone number please contact me let me know Thank you

This company has no customer service. I've been trying to return a coat for a month. They closed my return portal immediately and I've left at least 15 emails. The so-called customer service number immediately hangs up when called. I'm filing a complaint with the correct entities, but want everyone that sees this, to NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place

Zero stars. I wish I had checked this website first. The quality of the items I ordered was nothing like what was presented on the site. I’ve called the number on the site several times and there’s just a voicemail when you call. The email provided bounces back. I need a return label (for this subpar clothing) which I’ll probably never get.Hopefully I can get some help and recovery through my credit card company. It’s a scam company.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor quality of clothing. I ordered on December 1 didn’t receive it until December 27th but it said 6-8 days shipping. I did not receive my full order and I received a second package that I did not order? I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before ordering.

ad shows a MUCH heavier material, you could not wear this set outside, completely see through..... it might make a cute lounge set. sizing was completely wrong. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I cant get in touch with any one to request a return label. The website has changed since I ordered two jackets at different times (same jacket, different sizes). They are both too small for my niece. She managed to talk to someone at one point. They said they would call her back, but have not. Don't order from this company. If it doesn't fit, your up the creek.

The dresses arrived very late even though I paid fast shipment. On the other hand NONE of the dresses fit, and the quality is very poor. It's been impossible to get my money back and to make the return. This looks like a scam and I hope I'm wrong about this feeling. All emails I sent bounce back and it's been hard to find a customer service number, email, chat that works. Couple of days after the package arrived I got a whatsapp asking for my purchase experience and I noted what Im expressing here and they never reached out again. Terrible feeling! I feel robbed!

This site is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered an expensive dress and got sent a hoodie. And then they took down their website and said it’s a social platform that generates income. They stole almost $50 from me through afterpay mind you!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a dress for family pictures and paid for faster shipping. I received the dress 3 weeks after the date it should have been delivered. After opening it looked nothing like the picture and was the worst quality of anything I have ever bought online. It was so cheap looking that it didn’t even have any type of tag. I emailed the company over 20 times attempting a return. I received an email from them saying that I need give them the order number to start the process. I have them the order number and have never heard from them again after 3 months and now their email doesn’t even exist. This company is completely horrible. Again, do not order from them.

I emailed 5x asking for a return label and a refund. I got one response saying "we need to know why before we can give you be refund." ...after I explained 5x.

I received my order, later than expected. The low rise jeans were not low cut ( as shown in picture & in the explanation of item) , and a sweater that I purchased in size 2x was way too small ( I even ordered it 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear). I also am disappointed that every email I have sent to support/ customer service have all been returned as fixbounced or rejected.

Do not purchase anything from this site quality does not exist and returning it is a scam.

I ordered a jumpsuit, and after reading the reviews, I still ordered a Large because the reviews said it ran big, buy down size. It don’t fit. I think they sent me a small! The part that should be on your waist is in the middle of my stomach. Super tight high waters! Just a mess! I want a refund! Never order from them!

INS is big time scam. I have placed order with them since September and I have never received it as today. I emailed them multiples times and all they reply is “your shipmento is in transit” and no further information provided. Almost 3 months for a n order be delivered? I am going to initiate a dispute against INS. This is ridiculous 😡

It’s been two weeks since I wrote about an item I received with a broken zipper. Customer service is non existent. Do not buy!

The companies product is not the quality that shows on the marketing advertisement, and it came with no return label or invoice to return it. When I emailed them asking for a return label and invoice I received a reply stating someone would contact me shortly. No one ever did. The company is Bogus.

I ordered a coat which looked fabulous on line. What I’ve received bears no resemblance to the picture.
Cheap cheap fabric. Poor make. I WANT MY MONEY BACK but I’m getting nowhere with trying to return it.
I’ve been emailing their service email for a return label but the emails all fail. I have sent at least 10 of them with no joy.There is no website when I search for them. APPALLING ZERO SERVICE.

DO NOT order from them-terrible The $9.99 'mystery box was a cheap flimsy tee shirt. When you go to the website and click on track my item, you get a link to some kind social network. This crap all comes from China, if I had checked into it more, I would NEVER have bought it. Beward, a SUPER SCAM.

Only chose one star because I couldn't choose zero. The product I received is poorly made and not the quality that is pictured online. I asked to return; they responded immediately and asked for pictures, which I sent. Then no response whatsoever for three weeks. I would be willing to retract my negative review if they would respond and let me return the product.
