I give them 2 stars because I really love the burner. However, I agree with a lot of the comments, all of the "scents" just smell like smoke. There are no distinct smells as advertised. I will purchase other incense as I know their cones are not the only ones that will work.

They added product that costs 3 times the original product with no way to remove or end the transaction process - I wrote them that second and they responded 24 hours later it was too late - I literally emailed the second I saw what they were doing. I went straight on their website and ordered seven of these for Christmas ordered them on 12/28 of last year they shipped them 12/12 of last year I still have not received them I ordered seven of them if you go on their website and order these you will not receive them when you will not get a refund do not do it. They still don't know where mine's at.

I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

The quality of the ceramic is terrible! Lots of bad areas, missed coloring and jagged edges in the ceramic, (looks cheap), is not as the photo.
The different scent cones are not individually packed, the cones come all together in the same bag mixing and killing the individual scents (all cones are JUST SMOKEY smelling incense ). Bummed with spending my money on this product. Nothing relaxing about it! Just a smoke filled room and the irritation that the description of this product is NOT WHAT THEY SAY! DO NOT ORDER THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
Not even a smooth smoke flow downward to represent the effect of a waterfall, it falls terribly short. What a disappointment ! Junk, junk, junk!

All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM INSCENTS WATERFALL! I ordered several units for gifts for a family party, but due a family death the party was cancelled. When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

Ordered waterfall on 9/26. Customer service was helpful in removing additional charges. However product not received as of this date. Tracking number comes up with nothing. Unable to reach company via email or phone.

The waterfall has cute design. It includes scented cones, which I absolutely liked and truly enjoyed! The fragrances fill our room with a pleasant aroma. This aromatic experience makes me relax and calm which helps me focus on work. By using the aroma of the lightning cone, I can reduce my stress. This product is worth buying and beneficial to mental health.

The waterfall holder is nice and works as advertised as long as there isn't any wind or air currents to divert the incense smoke. The included incense cones are low quality. The package says there are 10 different scents with varying mood/physiological effects. They are all thrown together, and I could only identify maybe 5-6 unique colors. They all smell exactly the same-not an especially desirable scent at that. Not only that, but they burn superfast. The company claims that only their cones will produce the waterfall effect, which is completely false.

My favorite way of releasing my stress away. Each order comes with the incense stream itself and 100 incense cones that has different scent and has different calming effects. This really helps me to release my stress and gives me good sleep at night. Worth a try!

I initially thought the incense diffuser was a lovely little thing, but it also came with 100 free essential oil cones and a plant base. Although each cone has an own aroma, they all smell delicious and will help you unwind. Compared to other incense that I tried, the aroma lingers longer. Must try!

I initially had no idea how to utilize the product, but I was amazed by how it actually appeared. You get exactly what you see. I feel at relax when i used it, and the place literally smells pleasant. Good choice for a present.
