I am really pleased with my bracelet which I got for what would have been mu son’s 40 th birthday ( he passed away 2 years ago . It’s slightly big for my wrist so I may get a couple of links removed. Otherwise I’m really pleased with it and the inscription I had put on it .

We are very sorry to hear your girlfriend lost her bracelet, we have never received any concerns with this style previously. The t-bar is a very common style and renowned for being secure with the bar preventing the bracelet from coming undone , so we can only assume your girlfriend may have accidentally caught the bracelet with the resistance causing it to snap.

Absolutely beautiful bracelet, I got this for my mum with my dads handwriting as a special 60th birthday present. She was over the moon! Beautifully made and that perfect unique gift. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying from here. The only down side is that the bracelet is very thin, and there for very fragile but overall 100% happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying again from here in the future!
