Honestly I didn’t know what to expect, because I didn’t have the wording I wanted inscribed on the necklace, I just had written letters and poems, but they managed to extract the letters needed to make up what I wanted it to say, and it looks exactly as if it was my gran that had written it. So pleased with it, and it’s given my mum something to treasure. Thank you so much. So pleased I came across this company.

Really good quality & the personalisation was done perfectly. The clasp is a little bit small and fiddly compared to other necklaces but overall its great and I’ve had it on every day since it arrived.
