Long delivery times
Delayed delivery due to shipping from China. Despite paying extra for "2-5 day express shipping" my products took 17 days to arrive from the date of placing the order. When I finally got in touch with customer service they were helpful and offered a discount.
LOVE the phone cases!
I ordered one of the iPhone MagSafe pebble leather cases with personalisation and it looks great! It was a gift for my boyfriend and he's so pleased with it. Super smart and the case fits perfectly. Obviously being bespoke it took a little longer to arrive but I was able to track the shipping. Will definitely be getting myself a new phone case as well now!
Avoid at all costs- A SCAM
This company is a total scam. They will take your money and then refuse to acknowledge anything contact from you thereafter. My package seems to be missing, apparently that’s my problem! Their total ignorance and refusal to help is gross. Do not waste your hard earned money here. AVOID!

Absolutely appalling. My son ordered expensive presents for his girlfriend, weeks before Christmas. He received an email saying it would be delayed, and they had set up a ‘special’ help service to respond to queries. Surprise surprise, they did NOT respond to any of our multiple queries or request for a refund. My son has spent a lot of his own money on something that will not arrive in time for Christmas and with a company who has completely ignored us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
No tracking and no express delivery
I placed an order on December 10 and paid for express delivery so delivery should have arrived by December 15 (2 days ago).I’m unable to track where my order is and my emails to support team have been ignored. There is still no sign of my delivery…feels like such a scam to charge customers more for express delivery!

Leaving this in the hope that it may prompt customer service to respond to me with an update on my order? Got a shipping confirmation over a week ago but no tracking etc so I'm dubious about whether it has actually been dispatched at all.

I ordered two leather notebook covers as professional gifts for my professors near the Christmas holiday, and they arrived perfectly on time. The quality of the leather covers is beautiful, professional, and very lovely. Delivery issue
Ordered item on 28th November and still not arrived, as I read the reviews regarding delivery issues and Courier issues if this has been the case the company should review its delivery procedures.
This has been resolved satisfactorily and my email addressed. The situation was clarified and they have provided clarification of why the order was unsuccessful due to the delivery agent. I look forward to availing of their offer in the new year.

Sketchy company and policies
The customer experienced unsatisfactory and suspicious service. During the ordering process, I attempted to purchase one case; however, at checkout, an unexpectedly high quantity of nine appeared as my payment was being processed. Despite my efforts to cancel the transaction, I was unable to do so in time. I promptly contacted the company to seek resolution, but they responded that the order had already been initiated. Caution is advised when dealing with this company, as there are likely more reputable and trustworthy businesses available.

I’m very surprised to read some of the negative reviews - my experience was excellent! The product is exactly as asked, lovely quality and attention to detail, and very good value for money. I contacted the customer team to ensure delivery before Christmas, and they were helpful and informative.
Postage issues but not they’re fault
I think there’s been some issues with the courier, which is a bit annoying. I spoke to the company and in fairness they have been good and worked with me to get my order. Now I’ve got the products they’re really stunning and I’ve had so many people ask where they’re from.
