It was not what I had originally ordered. The gift was supposed to be from my husband and I. I was a very disappointed at first with my order but with further communication with Insgifts.com they have apologized and offered me a 15% discount on my 2nd order. Which is very nice of them to do that for me. The quality of the jewelry was amazing and good workmanship. Our daughter will love this pendant on her wedding day.

These are pretty. But they were supposed to be monogrammed! One with ZOE and one with MADDIE. THEY WERE PLAIN.

One side is blurry, instead of saying runs it says buns, instead of being metal it’s plastic. I needed the metal one to be able to use magnets.

Took longer than initially was told. When I did get the board it had blue ink stains on it. And the numbers at the top of the line up, (1-5) you couldn’t see.

I ordered a metal line up board. It came in plastic. I can’t use magnets. And the word “runs” is misspelled as “buns”. I’d like a refund but no one responds to emails.

This custom lineup board was supposed to be magnetic and it is not. I can’t even use it as a whiteboard because it doesn’t wipe off. Also, it said it would come with a carrying bag and it did not. Can I get this replaced with a metal one please? I cannot use this.

Dry erase markers will not erase from the board. Board is not as described. Looks nice, but would not buy again!

The item delivered was not what was advertised. I ordered a metal line up board and it came plastic. Furthermore, the design in the photo advertised is not what i received. I am very dissapointed with this product.

Terrible fake Stanley mugs. Don’t buy from this knock off company. Terrible fake product!

False advertisement. Ordered a metal sign and was shipped a plastic one. When I asked to return it the best I was given was a 20% discount and to keep the item that is useless to me. Horrible customer service and I will never order anything from this company again.

It said it was going to be a magnetic board. Board looked great. Was just plastic. Response- I did respond to company. They refunded my money. Just really wanted the product the were advertising would have been nice. They gave me no option to get a real magnetic board as advertised

Was advertised as a basketball coaches whiteboard to use during games. It’s made out of a piece of cheap plywood and not even a whiteboard. Totally useless.

Awful. Not only did I get disgustingly cheap red plastic clamp binders instead of the brown genuine leather 3 ring binders I ordered, but customer service can’t even understand English well enough to know that I said no to their offer of a 20% refund. They simply sent back an email saying “thank you, your 20% refund will be processed.
Now going through a transaction reversal with my bank. This company is a joke, they use photos from other sellers. I wouldn’t have paid $1 for what I got, I was charged $113.

The board sent was just that. It was a board with stickers on it. It was NOT dry erase. The back had nothing on it at all.

Useless, supposed to be dry-erase but it’s made of wood, and even if is could be used, only one side was printed. Extremely slow delivery time only to be totally disappointed and a waste of cash!

Ordered a dry erase board for basketball. The graphics were fine but it came on wood that was unfinished. Also it was one sided, instead of two like the description stated. Can’t use it as a dry erase board, or anything else. I emailed insgifts and was told they would repay me 20%, the board is useless to me. Then they offfered 30%, still to low. Wasted $45.

Nice work on the ring. Kind of wished it would’ve taken sooner. Period.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Product ordered was a dry erase board. I received a piece of wood with some paint on it. Impossible to use as a dry erase board.

Order arrived 2 months after the order was placed.

Would never order from this company again
