This is the second time I have used INSIDR phones, and I continue to be quite satisfied. Their phones are great quality. Plus, their service is top notch -- for example, on this trip, the charger cord that came with the INSIDR phone was not a snug fit, and kept falling out. Because I was not paying attention to this matter, eventually, my charge was 4% -- oh, Mon Dieu! Within less than 1.5 hours of bringing this to INSIDR's attention, they drove to the apartment where I was staying and delivered a properly working charger cord to me. Marvelous! I fully intend to use INSIDR again, the next time I am in Paris.

This was my 3rd time using INSIDR. They are constantly making it better, easier, faster. No question is too big or small for staff to answer, these folks made Paris truly sparkle for me. Honestly,
don't think any other team could have been as helpful, professional or friendly. Felt like I had my own personal tour guide 24/7. Don't even think about using any other service. INSIDR rocks!

We used the insidr phone for our trip to Europe, we visited six countries. The phone worked very well in all of them. Insidr made arrangements to ship the phone for us to pick up in Barcelona. We returned it in London by dropping it off at the post office. We would recommend this service to anyone.

We got the Insidr phone so we would have a hotspot as we traveled through Belgium and France. Unfortunately my Iphone did not initially link to it and we were frequently in such out of the way places that there was not connection available anyway. When we were in Paris, both of those issues resolved and i was able to use the “system” as i had hoped - using internet for research and information and maps for navigation in the city. I have always had an Iphone and am not familiar with using an android. I would have appreciated some brief instructions included about its general use.

An Excellent,Enjoyable,Troublefree trip to Paris,had the phone collected on arrival at CDG,used it for seven days and simply posted it back at post box on Departure at CDG.
Used the live chat ,photos ,and google maps and saw all of the best Paris sites ,Experiences and always felt confident that i had someone to talk to in English for any assistance though the French were very Helpful,My travel by Metro,an Evening Dinner or Just walk along the Seine i had all information on my fingertips.
This intrigued me to meet the Founders running the Company and paid a visit to the easily located office on Rue Lombard and amazed to meet such a charged up Energetic Team and realised the effort behind my smooth and extremely enjoyable Paris stay.

Pick up and delivery were both very straightforward.

It was super easy to use, and I really appreciated all the great tips in Paris, especially when I had to find (and use) a laundromat! Nina was incredibly helpful, and talked me through the steps, and was available on call for this. Having a local number was very handy to call hotels and ask for help with directions when I needed it.

Only used the wifi in Tours, Provence, and Lyon.

I would have appreciated an email or note to understand how to use the groups, who I'd be interacting with, should I introduce myself, or did the folks on the chat already have my trip details? And whether it's ok to call the members.

Will use insidr on my next trip

Great price, lots of data, and pick up at CDG was very easy. It took some getting used to the phone since i use an iphone and at one point in the middle of the week, the hotspot terminated and I had to reset it. But overall a great value and super helpful - loved the preloaded apps like Citymapper and Tiqets. For return - the mailbox in CDG near the tax refund did not match the picture that was in the email i received. The email said to use the slot on the left, but after translating with an app I realized I needed to use the slot on the left for Paris. Also, I had left the info booklet in the pouch with the phone and it was difficult to fit the envelope through the mail slot. So make sure you remove that booklet!

We visited Paris and Switzerland for 11 days and rented 2 INSIDR phones during that time. The phones provided 3GB of data every day and the speed was fast. INSIDR phones had useful apps preinstalled, and great customer support. Would highly recommend!

We rented this Smartphone as a WiFi Hotspot for our EU Trip.

Pick up at CDG was easy.
Because I had to return the Phone at Amsterdam, I had to wait for the Return address & Envelope, it took time, but the ladies at the Information counter were doing their best.
If the drop off was at CDG, I’m certain I won’t experience the wait.

Nevertheless, the whole experience was
Magnifique!

We went to 3 countries but never experienced downfall on the signal.
I sometimes go over the limit of 3G in a day, but the connection is still great.
The phone lasts for a long time!
I didn’t use a power bank to keep it juiced up.
It lasted for as long as 12 hours!

From the reservation online (via Klook), Pick Up, Network connection, customer service and drop off, it was all seamless.
Highly recommended for anyone who needs WiFi!

The staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end. I had an internet issue on arrival Saturday afternoon, and they had a delivery service bring the phone package right to my table at the cafe where I finally got connected. The camera was a great help and I actually missed it this afternoon after turning the phone in. I’d recommend Insidr to anyone traveling in France. A good product at a very affordable price! I had an easy and convenient experience with INSIDR and a pricing that worked great for me! The phone was super easy to use and it came in handy for all my GPS, texting and phone needs! Sadly, I did not really understand the wifi hotspot thing. So I missed out on that but luckily it was not a big priority for me on this trip.

Very good. SIM card, travel WIFI, and INSIDR (basically a phone rental) were the 3 options I reviewed, and I decided INSIDR for 2 reasons; (1) 3 GB of data per day, (2) and capability of using my phone. As the phone had Europe number, it was really handy when calling to places within Europe, like renting a car or booking restaurant or hotel. The phone worked very well and I am 100% satisfied with the service from INSIDR. Thank you.

This was my 2nd time using the INSIDR smartphone but the 1st time outside of France. Everything worked perfectly. I was visiting Italy from the US and had the phone mailed to my hotel. It was there upon my arrival. Worked perfectly during the visit in Rome, Florence and Venice. The phone was shipped with a return envelope that I dropped off at an Post Office for the return. It was an easy process. I've used the INSIDR smartphone twice now while on my vacations and I will continue to use them during my future travels throughout Europe.
