I was with my original provider for a very long time. Customer service did not happen and I was left hanging without a CPAP machine a couple of times.
I started to research other companies and heard many great things about InspiAIR. I met Laura at an event hosted in Napanee. I was very happy with the information and guidance I received from her. From then on I was blown away by the professionalism, the fantastic customer service and the friendly staff that assisted me in getting a new machine. I highly recommend InspiAIR. I truly felt like I was treated as if I was their number one customer. I get the feeling that all customers walk out feeling the same way. That’s the way it should always be.

Sabrina is awesome, emailed me instantly a month ago about a backup cpap, got back to her today asking for it, and had it ready within minutes!

Excellent service from Jade and staff ... always friendly and helpful. Needed supplies were on hand at the InspiAIR outlet and pricing competitive. I have no desire or need to deal in "other sources" !!

I have been in new of a new CPAP machine for 3 years and have been using my 22 year old original in the interim. My new Doctor gave me a short list yesterday, lucky for me InspiAIR was on that list. I have been frustrated for years unable to afford a machine even with my OHIP help. So many suppliers where trying to charge me huge service fees I could not pay.
The wonderful Deanne got me in same day and an hour later I walked out with all new equipment and with the new knowledge that I was not aware of that related to updated and more technical devices.
Deanne was kind, patient and sincerely concerned about my desperate new to have a new, safe and reliable machine. In 23 years of using CPAP I have never had such wonderful treatment and unheard of fair pricing. Sorry I wrote so much - just go there - and I have no personal interest in this business other than they may have saved my life. Also I when top the Mississauga 966 Dundas St E. site which as of this writing is not listed in location reference.

Deanna was really helpful in getting me set up with sleep apnea treatment. She made me completely comfortable with the operation of the equipment and the mask. At this point, I'm still in the "getting used to therapy" stage, but I'm hopeful that with a little practice, the treatment will be successful. Many thanks, Deanna

Josee was very helpful in meeting my needs. when i had questions, she was prompt with her answers and provided great advice and support until I was comfortable with my machine. They do what it takes for you to be successful in adjusting to this new lifestyle.

InspiAIR has been fantastic to deal with! Josee has been especially helpful with my transition to CPAP therapy. The initial appointment provides a lot of information that Josee truly takes the time to explain and she has always been available to answer my questions right away whether through email or over the phone. As a former Sales and Marketing Manager I know what very good Customer Service is all about. The Staff at InspiAir has excellent Product knowledge and the Ability to " Help the client" which is all important to the Person looking for the right Equipment and Advice. I am impressed with their Understanding of the client needs and their professional and friendly Aproach to the Customers .

From the website to booking the appointment, and, finally, to my actual appointment with Robert.
The staff were great and helpful- Indeed Robert responded to all my questions and explained things in a very straight forward manner.

Very helpful both on the phone and in person. Kim was excellent, very knowledgable and supportive. I am having my warranty transferred here, because I had a horrible experience when I first bought my machine. Kudos for your excellent customer service!

I give Inspiair 1 million stars for the Professional attitude that I have received, the awesome support , making my brand new world of sleeping as comfortable as possible.
We had a small snag with my Dr's prescription for the machine, and Inspiair resolved this Quickly.
Josee a RN for Inspiair should receive more than a million stars for her role in introducing, training and support during my first 2 months of the Cpac world. I recommend Inspiair to everyone that has sleep Apnea and needs a Professional, caring attitude to guide you to sweet dreams and a Healthy nights sleep.
