I was in need of paint during Vic lockdown, a lot of other stores kept referring me to their website where I struggled to see where or how I could select paint. When I went onto your website it was straight forward and easy to navigate, I had a few questions about which primer to select and when I called the Airport West store I got help and advice straight away! I know customer service can be hard during these times with everyone needing help navigating a new way of shopping, but your Airport West team made the process easy and a standout from many other retailers!
I even then told my dad to buy paint from you because the process was easy enough :)
