Great knowledge and service

I used to head to the ‘big box’ store when I wanted to redecorate. Often they were helpful, sometimes knowledgeable, but now I have found my local Inspirations Paint and I am coverted. I get the best of support from pleasant staff who really know their stuff.
I’m an addicted DIYer but experienced enough to appreciate that the right expertise can make all the difference. I’m also ‘buying local’ and feel good about that.

Very good information and great customer service

Great customer service and very easy to click and collect during lockdowns. The only issue was with my last order where I was given a different brand of roller covers to what I had ordered. All other orders have been great.

I went into the Grovedale store looking for a particular Porters paint and the staff member was particularly helpful in helping me find what I was after by calling Porters in Melbourne for the formula. I walked away with my sample pot and will return for the paint I need for my renovation
