Good service in difficult times, and extensive stock. An honest tinting error was accepted and corrected with minimum inconvenience.

Quick, simple, very happy
The ordering process was quick, and the colour selection was great. The staff were prompt to contact me when my order was ready. The paints came out as expected and are great quality. Very happy with the whole experience, would definitely buy from them again for my next project.

We are so glad that we discovered …
We are so glad that we discovered Inspirations Paint at Hurlstone Park. We have just had a horrendous experience with a huge hardware store. (Still waiting for the goods). We decided to go for a specialist store, we were pleasantly surprise. We ordered our paints on Tuesday morning, (we chose to pick up the next day). We received a phone call (yes a phone call) about the purchase and the staff member offered to deliver it the same day. We know have our paint (1.00pm Tuesday) We are ready to go. Thanks the staff at Hurlstone Park.

Click & Collect efficiently
Was great customer service to be able to order online and click & collect the same day. The reason for the average score though is due to the lack of representation on the website of all the products available to purchase in store. The website does not show the wider range available in showrooms.

You're correct that we don't feature all of our products online. What you see online is considered our core range, and it's what all of our stores stock.
Inspirations Paint is a franchise, and as such, our individual stores determine which products they stock outside of our core range. Each of our stores has a unique customer group consisting of trade and retail customers, and they each specialise in different areas which cater to their specific customers.
We're also a company who prides itself on the expert advice we give. Some products are so specialised that it's necessary for a staff member to talk to you directly about their use. Selling these products without the right advice is not something we want to do, so we leave it in the very capable hands of our stores.
Our core range is regularly updated and new specialty products are being added to the website every day. If you have any specialist needs, the team at Hurlstone Park are only a phone call away.
