Helped us with our paint for different surfaces,telling us which was the best way to get a great finish .

Staff were super helpful and made sure I had the right colour match, undercoat and tools to get the job done quickly and cleanly.

I was painting a motorcycle. I required paint that was resistant to petrol spills (tank). I was recommended the wrong type of paint! In hind site it appears the STAFF at the Dubbo branch were more concerned with MOVING PRODUCT, rather than advising me that they DONT STOCK the type of paint I needed.

The staff was very helpful with correct paint chosen for paths and driveway. All the right equipment and know-how to complete the job which turned out great.

Paint match perfect. Staff member took the time to ensure match was perfect.

Amazing customer service from Jessica ! She was beyond patience, knowledgeable and really helpful. Made this experience pleasant and a relief I got the colour I wanted . Will definitely come back and ask for her next time !

Plenty of stock compared to other stores.
Custom colour tinting was done very quick and efficient.

Excellent customer service! No complaints, great product, cleans up well too.

Prompt friendly service from a man that knew his product and ready to assist.
A colour match to a sample board that I had prepared using another brand of paint was required.
We walked out of the shop reflecting on our happy experience...must add, also bought some mineral turps and a cutting brush, and as you know, left our email address.
In the future we may contact you for useful reviews and maybe advice in the future.

Another visit to the Balcatta store today. I'm on a roll guys. Served by the wonderful Vesna and last visit by the one and only Paris. Excellent knowledge of paint products and happy to engage in banter with a little ol' Boomer. Quinton served me the time before that and he too blinded me with his customer service skills ie carried paint out to my car! Thank you all for taking the time to resolve my issues and make painting a little more pleasurable. You are all amazing. You, too, Az! 🤗 (Disclaimer: I do not know the staff here. Good service and advice

The service was fine - no complaints at all but the follow up emails for this type of review is enough for me not to go back after I was told, I wouldn't receive any emails.
