We ordered a wardrobe for our client in Ascot and were very pleased with the result. The quality of the work was excellent, the installation was completed on time, and the team showed a very professional and friendly attitude toward the client. Thank you for your great work.

Terrible customer service. We purchased a mirrored wardrobe less than two years ago and despite the many problems missed appointments without notice wrong color on the day of delivery for which a special delivery was made so that the installation would go well. Less than a year after installation we noticed defects in the handles and the doors most protruding from each other and above all the two doors whose adjacent mirrors could not be opened at the same time because the mirrors were chipping. We promptly contacted customer service who sent a technician who apparently solved two of the three problems leaving the two doors with adjacent mirrors in defect and asking to avoid opening them at the same time, even if it shouldn't be like this for a question of peace we accepted. The problem recurs more than a few months later when my girlfriend notices that the screws at the bottom of one of the external doors near the wall had come out and that part of the wood was broken. We immediately asked for explanations and despite repeated phone calls, emails for an inspection that never took place we were told that the problem was ours and that the doors had been forced ... This is the most superficial response I have received in the UK since I have lived there. Furthermore, we are people who make sacrifices and who treat everything with great care, paradoxically the IKEA wardrobe MUCH POORER AFTER 11 YEARS OF LIFE AND A MOVE IS STILL THERE AS IF IT WAS NEW. IN THE END DESPITE UNDER WARRANTY NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US AGAIN OR RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY WOULD LIKE US TO PAY FOR A NEW DOOR AND IT DOESN'T MAKE MUCH SENSE GIVEN THAT NOW A FEW DAYS AGO EVEN ANOTHER DOOR IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. WE FIND OURSELVES HAVING SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON A NON-FUNCTIONAL WARDROBE BECAUSE WE CAN NO LONGER OPENING BOTH DOORS OF THE TWO DOORS. I JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW SERIOUS YOU ARE IN THE INITIAL PHASE OF THE SELLING AND HOW POOR YOU BECOME WHEN A DISCOMFORT OCCURS WITH A STRUCTURE STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
