Don't do it..... just been threatened with further action after WE GAVE NOTICE AND LEFT!! They will hound you for the years payment even though we gave a terms notice..they try to talk you in to staying, we declined. They are absolutely great when your signing up. then your child is literally left to watch videos all day. No interacting with anyone. I sat with my child 2 hours and she asked 4 questions. Nothing. Not 1 reply.

Unlawful and Currupt
I'm appalled with the standard of proffessional conduct shown by Inspire Trust when dealing with an issue raised against a teacher. Inspire Trust (Kay Grainger and Rob Darling) have refused to even address a teachers making false statements that I "threatened to shoot a teacher with my Army friends".
As a veteran such spurious remarks have caused emotional and psychological distress for both myself and my children. With no evidence of this ever occurring, and explicit evidence this hasn't been at all addressed. To be continually ignored by the aforementioned individuals is disgusting.
Absolute disgrace.

It was very overwhelming
It was very overwhelming, a lot of material and felt it repeated a bit.
Have to say Rexina was very supportive and encouraging, I probably wouldn’t have completed it if I didn’t have her.

Online learning experience
I loved the self paced studies but have realized online learning is not for me. I missed the contact for face to face support. Not being able to book calls when I needed them.

Great Support
Although there was alot of work involved in completing this course I enjoyed the challenge of completing it, having the full support of the trainers especially Rexina spicer, I couldn't have finished it with out them.

I was on the ‘old version’ which was…
I was on the ‘old version’ which was very hard to complete at self paced. A lot of the material did not make sense and it left me confused and needing to access help from the trainers in the hub which took days to reply. Some of the content and questioning was not worded well and so it was hard to give a definitive answer.
I ended up then signing up to the week intensive face to face workshops and they were great. Probably the only way I was able to actually finish the course.
So more work needs to be put in to make the self paced option better to promote independent learning as it is advertised.

We aim to answer all student messages within 24 hours Monday to Friday and we must respond to student queries within 48 hours maximum Monday to Friday. However, we have had trainers out sick due to covid in August, I can see that most of your messages were answered within the standard response time.
The Cert IV certainly is our flagship course, to which you can study at your own pace or choose from a range of flexible study options such as virtual or face to face. We promote flexible learning which allows our students to decide when and how they will learn by tailoring their courses to their own capabilities. It is great that you were able to attend the virtual class and enjoyed this learning pathway.

Good Cert4 TAE Upgrade

The training and help being provided is pretty good to complete a course.
I have done Cert 4 in assessment and training with them and also its upgrade now.

Terrible communication
I was signed up as an online self-paced learner for the cert 4 in Training and Assessment. I was not called EVER to check on my progress. When I booked a trainer call back all, but one trainer seemed to not understand the course work, instead they appeared to read from a script. When I submitted my assessments it was not uncommon to take 6+weeks for a reply. When I submitted my final paperwork it took three months for them to do the final 'check' which should have only been a phone call to my face-to-face assessor, and it seemed that they forgot all together as it took multiple emails to trainers and administration before I got a non-automated reply or my certificate posted. I would not recommend anyone do a course through this training organization.

We are really concerned to hear that our service has led to your frustrations, and you have not been supported well, so I had a look into the account.
Communication channels are integrated in our HUB to ensure we always provide a seamless student experience. I can see several support calls and messages via our student portal with our trainers. Where necessary, the student may contact trainers for assistance, but our trainers will not contact students unless requested. It has been our experience in the past that it is inefficient to call students without booking because we often miss them. I'm sorry to hear that you have found our trainers delivery has not met your particular needs.
As with the marking of your assessments, we have a queue system to ensure that assessments are marked in the order they are received. I can see that most of your assessments were marked within 2-4 weeks which is within the standard marking time frame of 6 weeks as published in our website and clearly stated in the student handbook. Extended marking time frame is not our normal standards in operation, and we do send notification in those very rare events.

Inspire education course review for TAE 40116, Assessment and Training resources could be…
There learning resources could be improved for the TAE40116 course so that people who are not attached to an RTO can be better informed on how to complete assessment mapping and how to complete all the instruments requiring mapping. More examples would have been very beneficial due to the amount of information in this course to complete.
The trainers were very plesent and friendly and gave good advice when needed.
If they had more comprehensive resources I may have given a 5.
