I asked for some screws and they were sent quickly.

It took 2 weeks to get e response to my email enquiry after chasing twice and delivery is another 2 weeks apparently although it hasn't arrived yet.

update, the heating controller arrived 14 November

Great piece of technology for Landlords. Easy to set up. And gives us lots of control. Will be buying more of these devices. Thanks, Kenny

Arrived on time easy to install and set up. I've just kept the standard settings because they seem pretty good but will change if needed. A must for any landlord.

During times of many bad service experiences elsewhere, Inspire never disappoints, standout customer service and great products.

Switched around 8 of our properties over to inspire to replace existing HMO specific thermostat we had installed to help control/adjust settings remotely, to maximise tenant comfort and energy efficiency. I must say, they are very easy to use and update from the app, loving that I can copy all the settings between each property, saving a tonne of time! So far, I'm really impressed with these.

There was an issue with my order as the payment system cannot take a special character and take the billing address as the delivery address. Besides that customer service and product is good.

I reviewed Inspire in 2022 with a glowing revew, we'veused them in a numberof properties. I have to say we've found an issue which really does need resolving.

A long staying guest managed to get the Inspire control.assigned over to them. Very simply, no checks. We received an email to say it was being re-assigned and to click the link if it wasn't valid. The link however went to a blank page! We had to go through customer services and a long drawn out process to regain control, providing proof that wasn't needed by the contractor.

This isn't a one off either. When selling a property, the new owner could simply reassign the controllers without our permission. Although valid on this occasion, it shows that the landlord system can ver easily be hijacked without access to the owner's email or details.

Georgina was great! very knowledgeable and help us to decide on the right products for our properties.

They arrived really quickly too!

This is exactly what I wanted for our 5 bedroom HMO. Now able to control heating remotely and prevent heating being left on indefinitely by tenants. Ignite smart sensor in each room can be controlled by tenants. This has significantly reduced cost of heating. This is needed due to high cost of energy at this time. Tenants are happy that they are kept warm.
It seems there is no recognition if windows are left open for long.

Placed the order and within two days the large consignment was successfully delivered. Very happy with the efficient and speedy service.

A good experience but they hit the delivery date wrong. That maybe DPDs fault.

Items delivered the day after ordering. Excellent personal service

The sales team were apparently helpful when I spoke to them. But there were many emails to them which were ignored, apparently there was a problem with their email system and the emails were going to their junk email and ignored

Eventually did a final attempt to buy using the chat on their website.and the person I had dealt with phoned back and said she would look at the emails and comeback.

This is when the service changed from poor to FANTASTIC, Georgina phoned me back at 7pm told me what I needed, took the order and the order was dispatched following day and received day after.

In summary everything ok in end, but I needed to do a lot of work ( hope the product is worth it) suggest management really do address their email system

Great product, nice and simple to use. If you already have an external receiver and are just swapping over to this, takes 10 minutes just to rewire the receiver.
Customer service is superb, and the webchat replies immediately and can look in detail at your account and they have solved my misunderstandings and minor issues quickly and efficiently. I'm expecting this to pay for itself in less than 6 months!
