Terrible Customer Return Treatment with the defective product Ultrasonic Skin Tightening and Body Slimming Massager.

I recently purchased a “Multi-Functional Beauty Device” for $107.00 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The product did not function as expected—it was extremely weak on the highest setting. Not what I was expecting. I contacted customer support to arrange a return and provided the requested photos, but the process became unnecessarily difficult and prolonged.

I did like how they responded via email, but it only added to the confusion, as the emails sent were repetitive and not solution-driven.

Over several weeks, and after providing photo evidence, I experienced repeated delays and was not provided with a return label or proper instructions for sending the item back. Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a $40 store credit, which is not an acceptable solution given that the product was not working.

Despite clearly requesting a full refund, this was still not being done.

Based on my experience, everyone should be aware that returning items will be challenging and time-consuming if something goes wrong.

I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are prepared for limited support if the product is defective.

The product was good

The product was good, but they run small. My husband wears an XL, but I had to purchase an XXL. The first order I placed was super small, even though it was an XL. The delivery time is also slow.
