I checked out via PayPal and I wasn’t…

I checked out via PayPal and I wasn’t sure that the sale went through as it ended as soon as PayPal was completed. I wasn’t returned to your site for sale confirmation. I did get an email confirmation a little later but it would be nice to return to your site for confirmation before exiting.

This is a Chinese company that scams…

This is a Chinese company that scams you by posting pictures of beautiful items then sending you small cheap stuff that’s not worth the postage paid to send it. I should have checked reviews before using an unknown company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered two sweaters that fit way too small for a large and was not helped by customer service for weeks after I sent an email. Then they were uncooperative and flat out denied any sort of refund because of a picture of the sweater. Never using this marketplace again and would never recommend to anyone else.
