I had respect for this organization until they decided to run fellowships during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and bring outsiders into small rural communities without access to proper healthcare. 0/10

Fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and have an amazing travel and cultural experience at the same time. Sustainable and tangible educational progress where it is needed, with great cultural and social sensitivity a crucial part of the programme.
This summer was the first time I had the pleasure of working with LRTT on the Malaysia fellowship and it was an immensely rewarding experience. Not only did I get the opportunity to assist fellow teachers in enhancing teaching and learning in their classrooms I also learned about how I can improve teaching in my classroom. I also got to work alongside some amazing teachers from across the world and share the experience of being in the beautiful Penang island of Malaysia. I highly recommend joining and look forward to spending a second fellowship with the LRTT team next summer.
I have been to Cambodia, Uganda and India with LRTT and every year I get a new and unique experience. It is such a luxury to get to experience a country with the local teachers who show you a side you would otherwise never get to see. LRTT helps make links between countries, people, and communities, helping build a better education for everyone.
I’ve been to Ghana as a fellow and it was an incredible experience. Not only did we make a difference in the lives of the local teachers, but we made lasting connections with each other. My favorite part of the fellowship is being completely immersed in the culture. In my opinion true personal growth transpires when you are removed from your comfort zone. I would recommend LRTT to anyone who is ready to go to the next level in their professional and personal lives.
I’ve been to Uganda and South India with LRTT, and will go to Nepal with them this year. Each experience has given me a wonderful opportunity to connect with and learn from other passionate teachers and I’m always left feeling so inspired and excited to return to the classroom!
Had an awesome time in Uganda and Guyana. It was a great experience working with in country teachers and being part of a global movement. Excited to go to Belize this summer. I highly recommend all teachers applying. You will be so enlightened.
Having the opportunity to collaborate, teach, and observe different strategies was very rewarding. I would highly recommend this program to all teachers. Teaching and presenting in Belize "sparked" and new perspective on my teaching and life. If your looking to expand your knowledge and invest in yourself, LRTT would be a life changing opportunity you should give a chance.
Fantastic company with great values. They are truly making a difference!
