Why should Broker have all the fun ☺)

It was our first time in Mumbai so we were confused as to which location would suit us. Instaacres was indeed a saviour and RM Parveen Taj came as angle for our rescue from ocean of properties offered across the various sites and the cliche brokers as pirates. She not only patiently noted our requirements but also remained flexible enough to show us something which really helped us to make our mind. Parveen was just a call away whenever we needed here, keeping constant touch with both of us simultaneously. Kudos! it wasn't an easy task to find a dream home in Mumbai without brokerage charges.

Though the house was not the best but again because of the support provided by nazneen, we have decided to take it. Really impressed with the services of Instaacres.
After listing our house for rent within one week we started getting inquiries and in one month we could finalize on a tenant. Their services for preparation of the agreement and getting done the biometric verification right at your doorstep are really good. You don't need to waste time going to the government office, their representative comes to your home at a time convenient to you and the whole process does not take more than 20 minutes.

I had a good experience in finding house(Koramangala Bangalore).
Rajat was the relationship manager assigned to me and he along with the field officers helped in identifying the right house for me. You just have to know what you are looking for, tell them your basic criteria and you will not have to go around looking for houses and contacting brokers.
Overall it was a good experience.

One of the best decision was to contact instaacres for renting out my flat. The services provided by instaacres for rental agreement preparation and police verification was really good. Neither I nor my tenant had to go anywhere to get things done. Everything was done starting from document collection/biometric appointment scheduling. Instaacres sent people at my doorstep to get the biometric done. Special thanks to Mr Chetan from instaacres who helped in getting things done very seamlessly. Definitely going to recommend instaacres for their services.

Recently I tried instaacres service for renting out my 3bhk flat in bangalore. The assigned relationship manager Rajat worked very sincerely and managed all enquiries and finding the right tenant as per my requirements. In 15 days he was working on new 6 to 7 leads, schedule 2-3 visits daily. The best thing is he kept in Loop with frequent updates 3-4 times a week. Finally today I finalize the deal and got tenant as per my requirements. I want to thank Rajat and instaacres for helping me on this without any headache. I truly believe the cost I paid for their service is value for money. Whereas when I posted my property on other property sites I was fed-up with calls from brokers all over even mentioning not to contact. Thank you once again and I will surely use instaacres services in future.
