Let’s start by saying joking with instacook was one of the best highlights of the our year. With there brilliant ordering system we could now put our 100% effort into our food a others stuff we never had to worry about taking another Dm order again. Would recommend them to anyone in need of an ordering system friendly support team also at hand with your every need.
This platform has honestly helped my business, not only grow but, save soooo much time. I was so used to battling through DMs, writing down orders, collection/delivery times, pick up points, going through allergens, THE LOT! But this has changed the game big time. All the information I require is in one space and that's the same for the customers too. It has saved so much hassle.
I love its features and the fact you can set it up to go with the theme of your business - down to the font and customers can easily let you know they're outside by a click of a button.
