I got the car from them and would say buying is quite easy with there being some one helping always.

But, i would recommend to take everything in writing over email and no matter how much they insist to take it over whatsapp/call, don't do it.
while searching a car I especially asked that I need Google Auto/carPlay I was told my car has it and he is sure of it. they we went ahead with the trust and bought the car
But when I got the car, I saw we dont have Google Auto and I had to get it installed, And also AFTER BUYING SERVICE WILL START DELAYING REPLIES etc.

So buying is ok, if you find anything get in written just dont buy anything based on verbal promise or they wull ghost you.

Flexibility: I appreciated the adaptability of your service—when I requested All-Weather (AW) tires instead of standard ones, you accommodated my request seamlessly.

Transparency: Your team demonstrated excellent honesty. Although the documents mentioned seat heating (which was unavailable), your staff proactively assisted me. As a result, I received a refund for this feature—thank you for the fair resolution!

I bought a Volvo XC90 in 2023 through Instamotion, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfying.

First of all, the prices are quite high compared to other platforms, so I expected at least a premium level of service and transparency. However, that was not the case.

During the registration process, Instamotion lost my "Anmeldebescheinigung" (registration certificate), which caused unnecessary delays and stress.

They also failed to provide the service booklet ("Serviceheft") of the vehicle, despite multiple requests.

Before purchasing, I was told the car had an accident and repaint on the left side only, but later it turned out that both the left and right sides, as well as the engine area, had been repainted — raising serious concerns about transparency and vehicle history.

What made things worse is the poor communication after the sale. The team became unfriendly and unresponsive, making it hard to resolve even basic issues.

All in all, I cannot recommend Instamotion based on this experience. If you’re considering buying a car here, make sure to double-check every detail and request full documentation in advance — because once the car is delivered, you’re left on your own.

Unfortunately the lowest I can rate is 1 star.
My experience with Instamotion has been very bad and depressing. Instamotion claims to provide convenience and quality. Let me share my personal experience:
Regarding Convenience:
I found a good Audi Q5 apparantly and placed an order on 17th of April and cleared the full payment, sent everything to them by 23rd of April. Later I found out that 2-6 weeks promise of delivery is just a word on paper. After several follow-ups over emails, I finally got my car on 17th of June (after two months). They simply said that the process takes time without any transparency of what's causing the delay.
Now let's talk about the quality:
- The car was driven extra ~7000km than what was advertised and promised (maybe someone was driving the car during two months while I was on the wait)
- Air conditioning wasn't working (in hot summer)
- Incorrect wheels were installed (wheel specifications wasn't even matching CoC and registration documents of the car)
I tried to get to a mitigation of the issues but realised it's gonna take forever and also I lost trust on Instamotion so I cancelled the purchase contract within 14 days period. Now I'm sitting and waiting for the refund to arrive.
Save your time and money.

I have not received my car yet, however I found the communication quite good, fast and straightforward. The process was easy and clear.

I recently purchased an electric vehicle through Instamotion, and I would like to express my appreciation for the smooth and professional experience.

I had an absolutely great experience with Instamotion! From the moment I initiated my query on 13th February to the seamless delivery of my car on 10th March, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

A special shout-out to Mr. Peter for his outstanding guidance on the documentation process—his clarity and support made everything so much easier. Ms. Sabrina was also incredibly helpful, providing continuous support throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

It all started less than 3 weeks ago. I sent a message about my interest in a car and in less than 24 hours I received a phone call. The person on the phone was really nice, and even though I don't speak the German language very well, he was extremely professional and patient with me.
The next day I received an email where everything was explained in great detail. The whole process from start till the end went very smoothly and easy. I even sent my original documents (passport) via post, which at first I was a little afraid to do, but rest assured, these people do their job in the best and most secure way possible. They kept me informed and updated about everything.
Once the bank approved my application, they sent me a list of documents that I needed to sign. That was made very easy thanks to the online signing application. The next step was paying the deposit. Once they received my payment they sent me another detailed email about which documents they need as originals and which can be sent as copies. The last step was the registration of the car. This was also organised by the Instamotion team, which made things very easy for me. During this time they sent me a link where I could see how is the process evolving, something like online tracking.
Once the registration of the car was finished, I received a phone call to schedule the delivery date. The person who delivered my car was very polite, friendly and helpful. He even gave me a brief explaining about all the settings of the car.
And just like that, in less than a month I have my new car parked in front of my house.
If you are in doubt about where to buy your new used car from, think no more and send that message right away. Trust me, you will not regret it.

paid the downpayment, the next weeks were toture and finally i got someone to explain, they said the compay went insolvent. Still owe me my downpayment of 4500€
and still no car

I believe the best thing about instamotion is that you get the best deals from all over Germany at one single place. I got a Hyundai Tucson at a rate which is good when compared to all the local dealers. Right from ordering the car to delivery it took almost 14 days, which is wonderful. The buying experience was very good for me with Instamotion. From ordering the vehicle to delivery everything was very smooth. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Communication was good throughout the process and staff were very friendly and efficient. There could have been a little clearer explanations of the processes along the way but all in all very impressed with the service. There was also a little hickup at the end though, which meant that I had to collect the car myself despite having paid for the delivery service.

Was a good option to buy the car via instamotion.

- nice car, no problems or damages
- after buying - everything needed a lot of time and some promises replies didn't happen
- tire profile was not so good and after a lot of conversations, I got a tiny credit note

Pros and Cons:-
Prompt response, Got the car in 4 weeks.
Car was in good condition
Didn't have to take care about registration process all was done by InstaMotion

Cons:-
The only problem I had was lack of English speaking personals in Instamotion so phone calls didn't work for me. But i was able to communicate by mail and I got the response in less than a day

Easy and fast way to get a car, all worked perfectly fine.

Nothing about the services of Instamotion is good. It takes ages to get a response or call back. Poor english capability of staff ( several expats are being recruited by big companies in Germany, so I would expect a big company like Instamotion to consider having trained english staff for expats) . Poor email communications. (queries in email are not fully addressed. I had to follow up over multiple emails to remind that some queries are still unanswered). all of this leads to delayed deciscion making and excess time spent.
