Purchased game can not be refunded even tough its on Steam.
I've purchased Wardogs because I wanted to try it out, but it turned out its a unreal engine asset grab, so after mere 2 hours I wanted a refund but I can't refund at all.
Update: I understand that it is stated in the policy, and the state of the product is not the fault of the platform, but I cant try the product without activation. However there should be an option to refund to at least the instant gaming account, so you dont have to wire money back.
