Fake buyer demanded report. The buyer had already made an appointment and then last minute demanded a report from instant report. I checked with the manufacturer who was adamant they are not sharing any data. I contacted Instant Report's customer service who said I had to purchase the report to see if there even was any data on my vehicle. They don't even bigger responding to my question to check if there even was anything in the report.

I’m trying to sell my UK sports boat online for £85k. Boats generally require either a survey, a Boat Safety Certificates, and/or a sea trial. I’ve had two enquiries to date, both names seemingly Dutch (?), and both asking for an instantereport.com. How ridiculous! It’s very clearly a scam. I’m pretty sure both names are actually the same person. Don’t fall for it folks!

Its a Scam, very simple. Buyer contacts you quickly about a car says they are very interested but does not trust all the usual car checking sites.. Asks you to go to this website as its the only one they trust.... I pushed back does not make sense and guess what Ghosted... Location of UK office does not really exist and nothing on Companies house. Also Website only just created....

Scam - show interest in vehicle and send link requesting report. Then ghost when logic applied.

I was contacted by a potential buyer who asked that I provide then with an instantereport at a cost of £130 . I didn't and they never responded back so I think this is a scam.

When selling a car, you get scammers contacting you pretending they're interested in buying the car. But then they ask for a report from instant report.com, which is a waste of money. And then you'll never hear from the scammer again.
