I had a problem with my iPhone not connecting to certain numbers and Gul came out and within a short period of time worked out what the cause was. Extremely happy with the service and can thoroughly recommend the company.
Booked to fix an iPad with a shattered screen.
The repaired screen never worked properly with some dead areas despite being replaced (£175).
They allegedly ‘fixed’ it twice then gave up on it quoting the part they replaced in the first place needs changing and wanted to charge me again (- labour). The iPad always came back with glue all over the edge of the screen showing the poor craftsmanship.
I recommend going to an official Apple retailer to have anything fixed.
