Generally very good. however I am concerned at how often the price increases. Very soon the cost of replacing cartridges will be uncompetitive and much easier to go to a cartridge shop.

Too many reminders when we only use the printer for personal items. We don't leave the printer switched on all the time, so it will lose connection from the Internet.

The service has been very good and met my requirements. Good value for money delivery when required

We haven't had any ink delivered for at 18 month's/ 2 years. I have also emailed the company a few times with no reply.

Ink arrived when needed so no worries about going to the local computer shop.
Happy with the service I get from HP Instant Ink. Once you establish the number of pages you will need to print in a month, it’s straightforward and easy to use.
Slow sending unable to use build up of pages because of insufficient ink. Every month I lose pages I have paid for because of no ink or shortage of colours. I would not recommend.

It used to be a great service but in the last year, quality has declined & prices have increased. Twice now I have been sent ink cartridges that do not work & they have had to be replaced, leaving me unable to print, which defeats the object of them being sent before they are needed.

I like ink renewal being sent automatically. I don’t like that any page printed is counted as one page whether it’s a full page printed or just a couple of lines as obviously the amount of ink used varies considerably. I think costs should be based on the amount of ink used and not the number of pages.

I’m more than happy with my subscription as I don’t have to worry about running short on ink and finding where to purchase replacements.
It is stress free Thanks
On the whole the instant ink service is ok. I do find it frustrating that should there be an issue it is increasingly difficult to speak to a human being.
When choosing a plan it would be better if the pages that you have collected over the month were rolled over when you need to change plan. It doesn’t seem completely fair that you have to start from scratch again.

Completely frustrating. I was billed for over a year and never received new carttiges. When I canceled HP, they billed me for an additional month. Stay away from this offer.

Hp instant ink is so much trouble. I was supposed to get 3 free months with my new printer. Only got 2 shipments of ink. I was charged from day one. Now 6 months later- I'm out of color ink for work. 10 days for more ink..... so I canceled my instant ink. I will still get charged for this month- because today is the 1st!?! WTH? ? and the black ink I do have won't work because I don't have a subscription?!?!? I feel robbed..violated..
I bought a HP printer and computer- they both have been nothing but misery. Between the products themselves and the dodgy customer service- i made super poor choice- and I did not go cheap. Hopefully i save someone else this misery

I have the HP instant ink and it's over counting my the pages im printing by ALOT.
First of all I didn't even have the amount of card (even printed double sided) that it's saying I've used so far so today I sat and printed, I printed 6 single sided pages and then 8 double (so 16) so 22 pages yet HP are saying I've printed 50 pages.
Im so annoyed at the inconsistency in response from the customer service and even more annoyed at the inaccuracy of the logging of the pages printed. I'm currently on a free trial and trying to gage what subscription I need going forward.
I watched the pages printed on the HP app whilst I printed and it counted 5 pages? When I only printed one?

Support is beyond inadequate. God knows if these people even understand some basic English or have the tiniest idea of what their job description and duty is. I've been asking to send a replacement for a failing black ink cartridge (error printing) for 9 months now. They write back some nonsense, then disappear forever, keep on charging my card, refuse to refund

To HP yes, this is real and yes, if you spent more time working with your customers, your products because and staff, maybe you wouldn't have people going on trust pilot trashing everything about you, 1 week later, 8 days, I've made 7 phone calls one was an hour and a 1/2 spoken to 3. Different people, 3 different departments. Another 1 was 25 minutes. 15 minutes 20 minutes. It is frustrating to this day.I cannot use this. It's full of ink fully works and it's brand new.I do not know what the problem is on.Neither do you but now you do.Because your whole system stinks. No wonder your stock is down forty percent in five years.

I have been with HP and Instant Ink for many years. This year the printer broke so I obtained a new one which came with free ink for a time. I know what day I printed my pages! The company are trying to tell me I printed them the day after the allowance ended with a charge of £24 for 200 pages! Apparently the chip is accurate - we believe computers over humans these days. Absolutely know when I printed my pages. It was in my diary and a day when people were here because it was for a business report hand in! Anything 'free' is never really free.
