Excellent customer service. First order of pellets and Rebecca was very helpful in arranging. Delivery was very prompt and the driver couldn’t have been more accommodating in putting the pallet in the garage.

Logs were delivered dry and they burned hot straight away. Service was helpful, friendly and efficient. I ordered shortly before Christmas when others had let me down and InstantLogs were great. The logs are great
The logs are great, good size and burn slowly. A more specific time for their arrival would be so helpful. The men bringing them were pleasant and strong, even at 9’30 pm !
