Joshua Whateley was the most helpful person - he was so thorough and thoughtful. He had great enthusiasm and energy and knew each building inside and out. He had a great rapport with the building managers and was an absolute pleasure to spend a long and tiring day with.

Instant Offices, specifically Hailey Barnett, was fantastic as it pertains to assisting us with relocating and finding a new office space that fit our needs. They provided a well thought out proposal after meeting with me telephonically and set up the tours. It was easy and took a lot of stress out of the situation. They were extremely responsive to our calls and emails, usually less thann 24 hours with a response. Hailey, was understanding of our needs and even advocated for us when it was time to nail down the terms of the lease. We are very pleased.

We had a great service office tour with Marco Gross. Everything worked smoothly!

Betty was fantastic, she was the only business that came back with a proposal of all the different options we could view all professionally presented in a PDF. Taylah and her team was extremely professional and really listened to our required office requirements and financial constraints and presented us with a wide number of potential units / locations that fit into those specific requirements. We are setting up a new office in Austin, went into a conversation with Brian with some ideas of what we are looking for and within 48 hours had an extensive list of options. We needed to move quickly so I asked to bring forward our follow up meeting, Brian was very accommodating.
Had some non-standard requirements for the contract which Brian negotiated on our behalf. Got everything back and signed for with a great turn around time. Overall very positive experience with no negatives, highly recommend!

Great engagement in the early stages of the project, helping us to understand the market, and run initial surveys was very effective to start getting to know potential solutions, you always came prepared for our meetings,

On the tours, it was helpful that you visited spaces in advance so you could answer questions and be on top of things during the visit (even when you lost one person on your team so I do appreciate you quickly got control of the details)

Closing the deal took longer than expected. To speed things up in the future, a constant follow-up and being more "pushy" will be advisable

we needed to move our office to a new space (looking for a Coworking area). I was running out of time with all my tasks and got in contact with Brian Childers. With only one short meeting to explain our needs, he did a lot to help me by setting up visits, negotiating prices and following up with questions. Only thing I wish was that he came up with more options than the ones we already knew about (or that I found by myself later in the process), but that's my fault since I never brought it up.

Great experience working with Instant Offices, I got a call back within minutes of leaving my info on some office listings. I spoke with Yildiz Uijtdehaag, she was fantastic to deal with, professional yet easy to talk to about our office needs and very open to answering all my questions as well as providing really relevant insights for the type of business we run.

Overall 5 stars for Instant Offices. We're all setup in Amsterdam now and super happy with the location and the office package we selected.

We use Instant Group globally and absolutely love the team! Over the past (many) years, we've used them for new lease options, renewals, market check-ins, hard negotiations, etc. for all our global locations which all vary in office size. They are proactive, knowledgable, and super supportive. I never have to worry about missing a renewal date, as my IG team keeps me informed during the lead up. They feel like part of my team, and I really appreciate that!
