Instant Offices, specifically Hailey Barnett, was fantastic as it pertains to assisting us with relocating and finding a new office space that fit our needs. They provided a well thought out proposal after meeting with me telephonically and set up the tours. It was easy and took a lot of stress out of the situation. They were extremely responsive to our calls and emails, usually less thann 24 hours with a response. Hailey, was understanding of our needs and even advocated for us when it was time to nail down the terms of the lease. We are very pleased.

Very glad to have reached out to Instant Offices. Very quick responses, useful resources, great contacts and a wide range of options.
We are setting up a new office in Austin, went into a conversation with Brian with some ideas of what we are looking for and within 48 hours had an extensive list of options. We needed to move quickly so I asked to bring forward our follow up meeting, Brian was very accommodating.
Had some non-standard requirements for the contract which Brian negotiated on our behalf. Got everything back and signed for with a great turn around time. Overall very positive experience with no negatives, highly recommend!

we needed to move our office to a new space (looking for a Coworking area). I was running out of time with all my tasks and got in contact with Brian Childers. With only one short meeting to explain our needs, he did a lot to help me by setting up visits, negotiating prices and following up with questions. Only thing I wish was that he came up with more options than the ones we already knew about (or that I found by myself later in the process), but that's my fault since I never brought it up.

I spoke with Yildiz Uijtdehaag, she was fantastic to deal with, professional yet easy to talk to about our office needs and very open to answering all my questions as well as providing really relevant insights for the type of business we run.
