I have had the most joyful working relationship with Georgina O'Brien at Instant Offices. What a refreshing lovely lady. Georgina has been so efficient with her reporting, she has an amazing relationship with the workspace providers, it has made the job of finding the perfect space really quite enjoyable :)

I called Instant Offices last quarter of 2021. Was connected to Jvier Kua.

Jvier was friendly, helpful & attentive. He offered suggestions after listening to our needs. As the requirement was for last quarter 2022, he was patient & not pushy.

We continued the follow up at the beginning of the year. The company has changes for our move to be pushed forward to April. Jvier helped us secure the unit we wanted as it was originally tenanted till June. That saved us lots of inconvenience in looking for another alternatives.

He is always prompt in responding to our queries. In addition, he shared constructive suggestions based on his experience.

I will not hesitate to recommend Jvier to any one/company who is looking for Business Office.

This was Tuesday just this afternoon. I have never in my life dealt with a customer service agent that yelled at me repeatedly over the phone because she didn't want to deal with any questions I had and then tell me that they don't provide offices and then keep demanding to take down my contact information. She then hung up. This lady was truly rude. I was shaking and shocked. I could never entrust my business to this kind of phone service. Truly a horrible first impression for such a prestigious looking place.

Contacted Jessica Williams on Monday to enquire about an office I need quite urgently. I received a standard reply email, which said she would contact me as soon as she could. I didn't hear anything and so emailed again on Tuesday asking when I could expect someone to contact me. No reply. I have emailed again today Wednesday asking if Instant Offices actually want my business. I don't expect a reply, but I'm fairly sure I'll get a reply on here about how seriously they take their customer service. Having worked in CS for over forty years, believe me, they don't take it seriously.
I.did eventually get a call from Scott, who did his best to repair the damage caused by Ms Williams. He offered me a property which unfortunately was outside of the set budget. Thank you to him for that at least.

Pretty much bait and switch

Makes you feel like you are going to get an instant quote. Instead they just take your information, pass it along to partners, then try to pressure. I'd avoid.

Scott helped us find an office within days of making contact a sterling effort much appreciated.

Scott in the South Shields branch helped me find my office space. I requested an office in a fairly remote yet popular location and Scott found exactly what I need. Their service cost me nothing and my landlord praise Instant Offices. Thanks guys.

RUDE, i called them for virtual office enquiry as per mention on company website. They are saying go to other company as we dont provide now a day when asked details they just hang up the phone. Very rude.

We could not have had a better or swifter experience in finding our next office thanks to Georgie D. I was blown away by her attentiveness and turnaround time. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless time finding our new Manchester office and was able to do the impossible to make sure we got what we wanted and moved in on time.
