Excellent Experience

Excellent all round. I purchased a duo 6 multi cooker on Amazon previously and it has been a game changer! As such, I decided to purchase one of their air fryers which I got at a great price and I’ve been very happy. Super reliable, easy to use and their customer service team answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with an Airfryer which was promptly and successfully sorted with Sophia in customer care.

The product itself is great and does exactly what it says on the tin really well!

Good Air Fryer

Bought an Instant Pot air fryer after reading about a deal on money expert. Delivery was quick however, it was damaged on delivery . They replaced it no problem , but the replacement was slow to be delivered however, the air fryer is brilliant.

Very disappointing after months of waiting – no solution offered

Since September last year, I’ve been waiting for a replacement part to become available for my Instant Vortex Plus Dual Drawer with ClearCook Air Fryer (Stainless Steel – Left Drawer). After numerous emails with customer support over more than four months, nothing has been resolved.

The only response I keep receiving is that there is no expected date for the part to be available and that nothing else can be done. This is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.

What makes this even more unreasonable is that the spare part costs around 10% of the full unit price, which makes replacing the entire unit completely unjustifiable — especially when the product itself is otherwise in good condition.

I’m asking for a proper and transparent response: either provide a realistic timeframe for when this part will be available, or propose a fair alternative solution. The whole situation has become very messy and disappointing, especially after waiting more than four months with no progress or accountability.

I expected much better customer support from a brand like Instant Pot.

Having ordered and purchased an air…

Having ordered and purchased an air fryer and coffee infusion machine upon arrival both were working as intended but come the next morning, due to an extremely unfortunate situation, the coffee infusion machine had developed a faulty and was no longer operational.
I contacted Instant Pots’ customer support team and after a couple of emails detailing what exactly was wrong a new unit was arranged to be shipped as a replacement. I’m leaving this review, not because the unit is being replaced but at the quality of the customer care. In short, I personally feel it was exceptional and showed a level of commitment and professionalism to resolve the issue with the least amount of confusion and unnecessary delay. The representative I dealt with was clear in her communication towards myself about what information was required and that made it incredibly easy for me to then explain to her what the fault was and the steps I went through to troubleshoot.
I’d recommend Instant Pot purely on the customer service I’ve had alone but it just so happens that their air fryers are wonderful machines. It’s a shame they don’t manufacture blender/smoothie makers because I’d buy one in an instant

Instant Customer Service.

I bought an Instant Air Fryer almost 2 years ago and loved it. A couple of weeks ago the light on one of the ovens stopped working. I contacted customer services to see if it was possible to buy a replacement light unit.
I was asked for proof of purchase etc but as I knew it was long out of guarantee I wasn’t expecting much response.
Today a parcel arrived containing a brand new replacement air fryer, I’m so impressed with this quiet but efficient customer service.

Chemical smell

Since I bought a instant pot vortex in Sept 2025 there has been a chemical smell when using it. It smells like a weak TCP and is very nauseating, so unless instant pot replace, it will be going in the bin.

Terrible customer service and experience.

I ordered a rice cooker from this company to give as a Christmas gift. When it arrived there was no packaging just a postage label stuck on the product box which was haphazardly cellotaped up. It looked second hand. I emailed them and they collected it. I told them it was a present and I would like it packaged so that it looked presentable. I have just received a replacement in exactly the same state. Too late to return as it is needed for Christmas.
I emailed them again and immediately received an email from Royal Mail saying they would be picking up a parcel. Have Instant Pot initiated this with no consultation with me? I am getting very angry now. Wouldn't buy from this inaccessible company again as I usually don't buy from sites that don't provide chat or phone number.
Update:
I did receive a fairly prompt response to my last email and it would seem it wasn't Instant Pot who sent the Royal Mail returns email. Very strange as I don't wish to return anything.

Easy to use, efficient & effective

InstantPot is easy to use, efficient and yields great results. I love the size of the mini one, as it's easy to store and allows us to make precisely the amount we need. I also love the blue colour, which matches my kitchen beautifully.

Quality Customer Service and a good item

I reported it, thinking I would get a replacement bulb and instructions on how to replace it, but it desn't seem like it's possible. Instant sent me a whole replacement unit, which was really kind and I'm still using it 6 months later. The only negative thing I can say is that ever so slightly it still smells of the 'new' smell from the rear vent when cooking.

I was so sad to have to write this

I was so sad to have to write this, i have been a cutomer for over five years but i am mortified.
I recommended 5.7l Instapot of which i have and love.
She recieved her and after taking advice from me and youtube video's the pot was saying burn, this has only happended to me once but going through this with my friend we concluded that the pot was faulty.
I advised her to contact the company directly,she did this and the email she recieved back was awful, claiming she was doing something wrong, no phone call no explaination and refusal of returing the goods, against Consumer Rights Act 2015, i am appaled by this behaviour no wonder the parent company went under in the USA.

I have the 7 in 1 Instant Pot Multi Cooker.
It has multiple functions to Pressure cook, Saute, Steam and much more.
It is small and compact to perfectly fit on your kitchen top and can make upto 4 portions. Perfect to cook a family meal!

Exceptional customer service

I purchased an IP Duo Plus to replace a defunct slow cooker. When it arrived I followed the test-run instructions and the following day used the sauté function prior to setting the slow-cooker function. I contacted Customer Support via the website with a function enquiry, and by return received an extremely helpful reply from Bea who took her time to take me through my query step-by-step. No AI reply here - Bea is a genuine, real person who cares about her customers. Issue resolved, my slow-cooked beef casserole was cooked to perfection. My initial cause for concern was completely unfounded (a bit like test-driving a new car that takes a while to get used to) and I'll enjoy working through all the other functions this amazing pot has to offer. It's well made with a quality stainless steel pot and clear display. My only criticism is re: instructions. These can be accessed by a Q-code - which is no good to anyone not having a smart phone (me!). I accessed the manual from the website and have printed it for future reference. Recipes are readily available on the website. All in all exceptional customer service from Instant Pot UK.

First class response from the company …

When I contacted instant they responded almost immediately and their response was excellent.
They advised me to try several ways to try and resolve the issue but that didn’t work so they immediately sanctioned a replacement air fryer to be sent without delay. So well done Instant team
