The check preformed was good, although the VIN check was missing. Probably had to put the details in myself but it didn't explain that. All in all a good service.

Reference numbers are important
I found the information helpful about the car's history but felt let down when I could not retrieve the information later on because I did not note the reference number. I received an Email from Instant Reg Check asking me to complete this review and again no reference number provided in the email. Therefore, I was left a bit sadden as I could not retrieve the previous information I just paid for by just re-entering the car registration. Therefore, the data that I had paid for was not now accessible to me. Received a very quick response today and my concerns have been resolved, I am happy and will be using this service again.
