After deciding on a small rear extension to our property, we realised we would need some plans. I was going to find an architect, but stumbled across Instaplans and whilst I was initially hesitant the website was really helpful. I answered some questions and then took the leap in purchasing the plans. Very quickly I received some very detailed drawings, which far exceeded my expectations. The website also helped me understand what was allowed under a permitted development, much easier than my local authority and I couldn’t have asked for a better, simpler service at a very reasonable cost.
